Good heat, but control in app could be better
A good addition to my bathroom with an easy(ish) to use app. Could be improved if it were possible to have it come on and switch off after only half an hour. Gives out an impressive amount of heat for a small bathroom and keeps my towel nice and warm on winter mornings.

Schedule didnât work
Towel rail fitted , connected to WiFi, configured 7 day timer. Noticed that the towel rail was not warm when it should be and warm when it should. Turns out that the schedule I set up on my iphone wasnt in line with the towel rail. It was really random , some days a few hour out other days it was a day or two out. I contacted TCP and after some back and forward they advised to return it. Now I have to removed it and wait over a Month for a replacement. Hopefully the new one operates correctly!Edit > Ordered from Plumbworld (same price) delivery between 4 and 5 days.

Actually looks good,The negatives surround the supplied template, it’s totally wrong for the 1000w unit.Aside from.that it looks good and works well.It heats up quickly and is a good alternative to a wet fed system.Schedule appears to be fixed with the firmware update.
