Tecmojo 12-Port Cat6 Patch Panel, 0.5U Rack Mount Modular Panel with Keystone Coupler, for 10″ Width Server Rack & Network Cabinet, Gigabit Ethernet, BlackThis is a solid metal patch panel that is of Tecmojo’s usual excellent quality. Unusually, it doesn’t have the Tecmojo logo on it.The panel is fitted with twelve unshielded cat 6 Keystone jacks. These jacks are a standard basic coupler. The jacks can be easily removed if you want to swap them for something else, such as one from the wide range that Tecmojo have available on Amazon.This patch panel is only 0.5 U, so can be useful if you are tight for space. If you want to use different jacks and want cable support, then you may be better off getting the empty patch panel that is shown on the same listing page (it is 1U).

10″ Keystone Rack Patch
Despite my general dislike for half-height rack units, which often feel awkward to mount and visually disrupt the symmetry of a full rack setup, I was pleasantly surprised by the Tecmojo 12-Port Cat6 Patch Panel.The build quality is solid for such a compact unit, and the modular keystone design is genuinely useful. Being able to swap out individual ports without replacing the whole panel is a big win for long-term maintenance. The numbering and label spaces are clear and practical, which helps keep cable management tidy even in tighter setups.That said, the 0.5U height still feels like a compromise. It doesnât align well with standard rack gear, and Iâd much prefer a full 1U version for better consistency and mounting ease.For the price of £18 at the time of review, I think it is good value, especially considering the modular flexibility and Cat6 performance. If youâre working with a 10″ rack and can tolerate the half-height format, itâs a capable and affordable solution.

Works Great Without Need For KeyStone
I’m not a fan of keystone jacks. Mainly for how “permanent” it is vs having quick connection of pre-terminated cables.I ordered this to go with the 10″ Tecomojo rack I’ve been testing and am very impressed.Solidly built and fits great. Excellent quality and defo recommend.

Good value CAT6 patch panel with keystone jacks from a reputable brand
A discreet Cat6 patch panel with keystone couplers made by a reputable brand. Easy to install and complete with fixings and instructions. I am installing mine in to a pro audio rack unit to take advantage of the Cranborne C.A.S.T. system of connecting audio rack units via RJ45 connectors.

Tecmojo – always a solid bet.
I’m a big fan of Tecmojo products, as they never fail. Reasonably priced, well-made (no sharp edges or dodgy paintwork) and they always look the part as well. THey always seem to come well-boxed and with decent instructions as well. A decent buy.

They’re ok but lack of support is dissapointing
I got this as it already had the ports installed. Sadly the inclusion of ports seems to mean there’s no need for cable support. On hind sight i probably would have gotten the empty one and filled with ports i needed since it has cable supports behind it which i feel is quite important for keeping things neat and in order. I haven’t gotten a 10″ rack yet (the one i ordered for this was no good so i’m still looking). The ports work in testing and will do the job. It’s just dissapointing to have to engineer some support that should really be part of the panel.
