Decent, standards-compliant cables
Testing the cable with a Fluke LinkIQ shows that one of the cables can do 10Gbits/sec. Over this length itâs not surprising though, as even a 5 metre length of Category 5 cable will pass the 10Gbit test.Moving past that, thereâs some interesting stuff written on the cable jacket, letâs take a look and break it down.TECMOJO SYSTEM CAT6 UTP 4 PAIR 24AWG LSZH VERIFIED TO TIA/EIA-568.2-D AND COMPLIANT TO IEC 11801 CAT6 PATCH CABLE 001666MAt the beginning itâs got CAT6 which you may assume means itâs a Category 6 cable, and indeed it later says VERIFIED TO EIA/TIA 568.2-D (“Cat6” cables claiming to be compliant with 568B.2 are using counterfeit markings and to be avoided; Category 6 was only introduced in 568B-2-1).Next is UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair), so no screening here.24AWG is the size of the conductors; the higher the number, the thinner they are. 24AWG is okay.LSZH means Low Smoke Zero Halogen, so the cables are relatively safe in the event of a fire.Next, the TIA/EIA-568.2-D standard mentioned earlier, plus ISO/IEC 11801. The cable contains stranded, pure copper conductors, so we’re all good here, too (IEC 11801 precludes the use of CCA conductors due to their high resistance, which can cause problems when running Power over Ethernet). The rest is just reiterating the Cat6 specification and giving a length number from the drum the cable originally came from. The cables are quite stiff as you’d expect Category 6 cables to be thanks to the plastic crossbar inside. The plugs are OK but can be difficult to remove from some sockets (it was a struggle to unplug from my USB-to-Ethernet adapter).I’m not going to dock a star for the plugs as the quality of the cable used more than makes up for it. Definitely recommended for things that aren’t getting plugged and unplugged too often.

If you need 3x three-meter cables, these are as good as any others on the market.
Ordered for use in university halls of residence, to get a more reliable connection than the supplied WiFi, this three pack of three-meter network cables allowed me to run from RJ45 wall sockets on one side of my room, into my PC, laptop, and games console on the other side – and there’s not much more that can be said, really, especially since the asking price (at time of review) was just over £9.

One of the best quality patch cables
Tecmojo Ethernet Patch Cable 0.5M, 6 Pack, CAT6 UTP LAN Network Cable, Gigabit Pure Copper 24AWG LSZH Patch Cord WhiteThese are excellent patch cables. Unlike many dubious network cables that aren’t what they claim to be, these cables have the look and feel of ‘the real thing’.Each cable is branded with the Tecmojo name and shows everything about the cable type (Cat6 UTP 4pair 24AWG LSZH, and the Verified to and Compliant to standards. I’ve never seen cables with this level of marking before :-)The plugs are snagless one piece. Once inserted in a socket, the plug locks securely in place and can be easily removed when required.I got the 0.5m Cat6 patch cables for review, and that is just the right length for my temporary patch arrangement that I am using. The cable is a little stiff, but that isn’t a problem. Any small bends can be easily straightened out. There was no problem using these on my Gigabit network and on speed tests, I got my full Giagabit Download and Upload speeds, so they worked perfectly.

As described
I ordered this 0.5M set to re-patch a home network with âlength appropriateâ cables. The real length was roughly 52cm each. The RJ45 connectors are of good quality, lock into the socket securely and slide out easily when depressed. They have been returning Gigabit speeds under testing on my network. They arrived in a box of six and Iâve deployed three cables so far without failure.I would have liked the option of a set with different coloured cables but Iâm happy with this product as they seem reliable.

Boxed Ethernet cables !!!
When these arrived in a box, I was doing a double take as was pretty sure some other item had been sent instead of what I ordered !!.I got Ethernet cables, nicely packed and the overall build on them was not too stiff but just flexible enough with a nice 1m length that meant things are a little tidier when all your equipment is close by.These are basic no frills cables that do the job, and working fine with my equipment easily pushing 2.5gb speeds on my network using these.Very good value for a set of 6 Ethernet cables.

Low Smoke Zero Halogen
Tecmojo does it again.I’m starting to collect quite a bit of Tecmojo gear at this point and I have yet to find any major disappointments, all of their stuff seems to be good quality and well thought out. These particular cables are no exception, at heart a bland and functional item, Tecmojo finds a way to add those nice little touches. I like that each cable comes in its own little sleeve, and that the sleeve is cardboard not plastic.I like the transparent snagless boots and strain relief which isn’t something I see very often and a nice touch if you own the kind of fancy switch with the light-up ports.Particularly impressive is the quality of the cable, not only is it low smoke but the printing even features the Tecmojo brand, it’s definitely not some cheap CCA thrown together in a roughly patch cable shape, this is the good stuff!

Good Value and Reliable Performance – Recommend!
This 6 pack of 1M CAT6 cables have been working flawlessly so far. Speeds are solid with stable gigabit performance, and Iâve noticed no issues with latency when using them for streaming or gaming. The pure copper build feels more durable compared to cheaper mixed metal cables Iâve tried. At 1 metre, theyâre the perfect length for connecting desktop PCs, switches, and routers without leaving a tangle of excess cable (practical). The bundle makes it good value at the price point of £10.90 (upon this review) as itâs always handy to have a few spares ready. Overall, a dependable set of cables at a decent value, therefore I do recommend.
