Excellent scanner!
Excellent scanner. Feels very solid and well built. Battery lasts an extremely long time, and to help with this it turns off when not used for a period of time, easily deactivated by a pull of the trigger. Comes with a sheet of barcodes to allow you to set it up to suit you with ease. Reads barcodes in any condition or size with ease!

Delivered next day. It should be 5 stars but only a ‘barcode’ quick start guide and no user guide. Emailed Tera with questions but no reply, so emailed 2 weeks later and had reply next day plus apology, answers to questions and User Guide PDF (QR codes this time).The scanner is exactly what I need (performs either synchronous or storage scanning) so I have ordered and received a second (delivered next day) and application for 3 year warranty acknowledged by return. I scan both devices onto one laptop at the same time (using 2 USB slots) – brilliant!

Amazing customer after sells
I purchased one used scanner from amazon, but not power cable in the box. And emailed Tera customer support and explained what had happened. And now sending a new cable from China free of charge. And not ask for any better after sells. Was not their fault but still happy to help me. I would recommend to anyone to buy the scanner as they work straight out of the box and amazing customer support.

The scanner is great but what impressed me most was that I broke the usb receiver (my fault) I contacted the supplier to see if I could purchase a replacement. The sent me a replacement, free of charge! Can’t ask for more. Highly recommended product

Good range of functionality
Fantastic scanner with great range of functionality. Can be configured to do things like prefix the scanned barcode or change the types of code it scans through the use of special codes supplied in instruction manual. Any codes scanned are passed back to the connected pc (or mobile device) as if they were typed on an attached keyboard.

El problema me ha ocurrido con otros dos modelos de otra marca también.He tenido problemas para escanear en Windows 11 con varios equipos, en cambio en Windows 10, no me ocurrÃa.Escaneaba a trozos y luego al pulsar teclas en el teclado iban volcando el resto leÃdo, asà que contacté con Tera por email y mi sorpresa primero que han respondido en unos minutos, al ser por la mañana y después de dos emails, hemos dado con la solución y ha sido la siguiente por si a alguien le pasa igual:Escanear con el usb desconectado y sin ningún cable conectado.1- Reset to Factory defaults (página 28 del manual)2- Reset to Wireless Factory Defaults (página 01 del manual)3- Conectar el pincho usb4- Abrir el word o el bloc de notas y probar a escanear y ya funciona.Gracias Tera por el soporte proporcionado.3- Connect USB receiver
