I’ve been wearing a similar device for a while, and got this for my wife who’s looking to improve her general fitness. This device has a good clear screen, bigger than my own fitness watch so easily legible. Set-up is easy. The watch displays a QR code on start up. Scanning this leads to a ‘phone App. Once installed this allows more detailed information to be collected, with weekly and monthly logging.It can also accept notifications from your phone, and let’s you see incoming messages.The device also comes with two different straps, one being Velcro. I installed this straight away, as my wife suffers a Nickel allergy and I was worried the conventional buckle might cause irritation. All good so far.The reverse of the device (the side which fits against the skin) has a pink enamel/paint finish. However, the part which houses the green LEDs is bare metal. After a couple of days wear this did start to cause a problem, and she has discontinued wearing it. I’ve been wearing it alongside my own for a couple of days just to compare. Pulse, O2, all seem to be in agreement which is reassuring.For: Good, legible display. Choice of straps. Charge lasts several days. Easy set-up, links to ‘phone. Lightweight.Less good? Feels big, but does allow for more info on screen.

I like the look of the watch and it is comfortable to wear. The only issue Iâve got is Iâm not sure how accurate the data is as because on a few occasions the sleep info is definitely wrong for example last night it says I went to sleep at 00.27 whenI fact I didnât go to bed until almost 2.00 as was watching TV until half one and I was awake and sitting up the whole time. It then goes on to break down the type of sleep during the 8 hours plus that I didnât get. This isnât the first time it has given inaccurate sleep time. This makes me wonder just how accurate the rest of the data is.
