Extremely Happy With This Purchase!
PREVIOUS HEADSETSHave recently tried a couple of other brand headphones (won’t name them to allow people to make up their own minds) but they were not for me – primarily because one of them kept falling out of my ears. Note: They don’t have earbud tips. It will always be challenging for manufacturers to succeed making a “one size fits all” earphone – I decided to return both the pairs.THE TOZO NC2.The Tozo NC2 thankfully, comes with earbud tips of varying sizes which means they create a seal and effect a very secure fitting and comfortable listening experience!The sound quality is significantly better than I was expecting! Somehow, the manufacturers manage to get some seriously full bodied and clean lows, yet manage to do so without too much compromising of the mid-range and top end frequencies (depending on the original mix of course). I’ve tried them across a range of genres. They are very well suited to modern productions of dance (e.g. house, drum & bass, R n B, pop etc..). There is some music that they could do with a touch more crispness at the top end (e.g. a few rock based tracks and some classical piano) but I haven’t compared those same tracks with more expensive over the ear types so the jury is still out. Suffice to say though, that even there, it’s definitely not disappointing. It’s not to say these are “Studio quality” headphones BUT they are great sounding for the price and I would imagine that most would be more than happy.An added feature that’s great value is what they call “Transparent mode”. When you have well fitting ear buds, it will be difficult to hear your environment (e.g someone talking or there’s a public address announcement etc) without removing at least one earphone. This feature (one tap to the left ear piece) switches on a mic which means you can hear your environment without removing the headphones (or even turning them down – depending on how loud they are).Removing at least one ear piece pauses the music which is another helpful function.The blurb says they can last eight hours on a charge. I’ve yet to test that but they certainly last longer than some I’ve had in the past!All in all, for the price, I really believe you cannot go far wrong with these. I’ve only had them one day but I like them that much that I thought I’d write a review now!… and no I’m not getting paid or any freebee’s to write this :-). This is just one satisfied customer!

Good pair of earpods
They are my second pair of ear pods, first was brandless pair similarly priced. So I am not an expert, but I think the sound is pretty good, not too sensitive. The control is also good although one touch can be either noise cancellations or a strat/stop for music play and this can get confusing.Never heard of noise cancellations before so this was my first experience and it does really take the noise out which is good but dangerous in certain situation.Without the noise cancellations there is a noise coming from the headphones, which I am quite surprised with and not experienced before.. It would be interesting to understand if this is normal?The only other downside is the size of them, they are bulky and stick out from ears, might not be a problem for some but I am quite small framed so it is visible.Calls and connection has been flawless so far. No trouble of others hearing me like some people experienced and I was worried about.Overall they would have been perfect if they were smaller and not so bulky.

Great bluetooth earphones, but slightly flawed
These are great for the money. They sound great, and their noise cancellation is definitely good at its job. They come in a portable sturdy case, easy to charge, and their battery life is quite impressive. For somebody with an android phone who is looking to get quality wireless earpods, who cannot afford Samsung Buds or Airpods.However, for me at least, I find they sometimes do not rest well in the ear, and after a while of usage I have to adjust it slightly. The problem with this is that the gestures to control music or noise cancellation can be affected by one slight touch when trying to adjust the earpods, which can sometimes be annoying, but doesn’t take much away from the actual worth of the product itself.

Everything you need is here.The sound covers all ranges the highs as easy as the lows. Unlike some previous ear buds the base is a bonus. Now the aspect I was a little dubious on, the noise cancelling. A little test on a 1 hour bus journey. The result was bliss. No engine noise, voices just clear music.In addition a tap of the left ear bud and conversations are a breeze. Music and the real world outside for your safety. Seriously please use this on the street. No one wants to be run over to their favourite song.These are top buds with a top sound with a low price.As a footnote everyone’s hearing is different so the music will sound different to individuals.

Painful in my ears
I was so hoping that these were gonna be the perfect ear buds for me, but unfortunately they’re really painful in my ears. It’s not even uncomfortable, it’s that they are painful in my ears after just a few minutes. It’s in turn given me a headache.I have put on the smallest ear buds but it’s still painful after just a few minutes.It’s really unfortunate because I thought the ANC was really good!However call quality is pretty bad. My boyfriend said that I sounded really muffled. Tried switching from laptop to phone which made it a bit better but overall still muffled.Really liked that the music would stop playing if the ear bud came out of my ear, then resume again.The biggest con for me is the fact that they’re so bulky that a lot of the ear bud actually sticks out of your ear. Therefore the main part of the ear buds are rubbing against my ear, which makes it quite painful for me.Unfortunately because of that I’ll be sending these back and I do not recommend them.I suppose it really depends on whether they can fit nicely in your ears as some people find them really comfortable. It may be that I just have really small ears.

First, I absolutely LOVE the TOZO NC2 earbuds. I have not tried their companyâs other products, but I expect they all have similar excellent quality. I normally do not write reviews on products, but I have to comment on the TOZO brand, quality, and even more so – their customer service. The NC2 version of their headphones are simply the best I have tried so far – and I have used a lot of expensive and inexpensive models from multiple brands. The sound quality is similar to many of the expensive brands – and much clearer on treble and bass than all the inexpensive ones I have had. For the cost, the NC2 earbuds are without a doubt the best value and quality I have ever had. Even if the Apple AirPods were only twice the cost of these (and remember, they are about 4x the cost for regular and 8x the cost for their Pro model), I would still choose the TOZO brand. That decision is based mainly on the customer service experience I have had.Most of the OTHER companies (yes, Apple – I am speaking to you) are not very supportive of their products unless you pay for a massive extended warranty plan up front. I have had these earbuds for 6 months, and the left one stopped working one day. I was honestly distraught over this issue, as that meant I had to resort to using one of my other earbuds – all of which I do NOT enjoy using. They are either uncomfortable or the sound quality is just horrible. I wanted my TOZOs back as soon as possible!!! I was about to order another pair, but first wanted to make sure they werenât salvageable. I contacted them through their website, and they IMMEDIATELY responded and helped me go through all of the reset options to attempt to save these wonderful earbuds. We went through all the resets, and unfortunately, the left one wouldnât connect or charge correctly. INSTEAD of saying, âoh sorry, sir, you didnât purchase the extended warranty for $5K, so we canât help you today. Would you like to buy a new set?â (Appleâs favorite response to all my issues) – TOZO, on the other hand, offered to replace them free of charge and with rapid shipping. Tell me that isnât the best customer support experience, ever!?! I truly believe it was, and the only reason I am writing this review today.Yes, TOZO supports their products and their customers, like they were family. Plus, the representative I was working with was extremely polite, helpful, and unbelievably prompt in all her responses – I think they waited on my responses to emails more than I ever waited on them!!! Now, thatâs a lesson for ALL of the other companies out there that donât even respond to customer issues or complaints – follow the excellent example and lead of a company like TOZO, and you will keep a customer for LIFE. There is no question in my mind that the next pair of earbuds I have to purchase WILL BE another set made by TOZO! Hopefully, they keep their Research & Development Department busy, and come up with an even BETTER model for my next purchase. I sincerely thank all of you at TOZO for providing the best product and especially the most professional customer service experience I have had in a decade. Keep up the good work, and you have retained another happy customer for many years to come.

Nach Case, Panzerglas und G1 (kein ANC) Kopfhörer von Tozo, habe ich mich entschieden, nun doch auf ANC Kopfhörer upzugraden. Und als es die NC2 mit 20% Rabatt gab, habe ich zugeschlagen. Mit Tozo habe ich bisher gute Erfahrungen gemacht, und auch diesmal wurde ich nicht enttäuscht.Fangen wir mit der Verpackung an. Hochwertig wie gewohnt, Ãhnlichkeiten zu Apple sind nicht von der Hand zu weisen. Definitiv auch verschenkbar, macht schon was her. Der Inhalt ist wie erwartet: Kopfhörer, Ladecase, eine Menge Stöpsel, ein USB Kabel (USB A auf USB C) und Papier (Bedienungsanleitung).Farbe: Ich habe mich für dunkelblau entschieden, und das ist schon fast wie schwarz. Ist aber OK.Klang: Tozo gewohnt sind die Kopfhörer auf Bass getrimmt. Damit werden zwar die Mitten und Höhen nicht ausgeblendet, aber man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass die Teile basslastig sind. Mir gefällts, und darauf kommt es an.ANC/Transparency Mode (Kaufgrund): Es gibt nur diese beiden Einstellungen. Es gibt kein weder/noch. ANC an, und gleichmässige Geräusche werden wirkungsvoll gedimmt. Sie verschwinden nicht ganz, aber sind deutlich leiser als in echt. Im Transparency Mode wird alles von auÃen verstärkt, und das klappt richtig gut. Es ist lauter, als in Echt 😉 Wenn aber nichts auÃenrum tönt, dann hört man ein Rauschen. Wobei der Transparency Mode ja nur da ist, wenn man was von auÃen mitbekommen will. Ansonsten hat man den ANC Modus an. Dieser ist auch standardmäÃig an, wenn man die Kopfhörer anschaltet. Zwischen den beiden Modi schaltet man mit einer einfachen Berührung am linken Kopfhörer. Das klappt zuverlässig und schnell. Eine kurze Tonfolge (je nach Modus unterschiedlich) bestätigt den Wechsel, was besser ist, als eine Stimme, die einem dem Modus vorträgt. SchlieÃlich will man ja schnell in den Transparency Mode, weil man ja was von auÃen hören will. Hier hat Tozo mitgedacht, sehr gut.Ohrerkennung: Sehr nettes Gimmick. Nimmt man einen Kopfhörer ausm Ohr, pausiert die Musik. Steckt man ihn wieder rein, läuft der Track weiter. Funktioniert mit iPhone sehr gut, mit einem Mac gibt es diese Funktion allerdings nicht.Laufzeit: Habe die Kopfhörer an einem Stück über 4 Stunden benutzt, die Akkuanzeige war immer noch über 50% (ob die genau ist?). Passt.Form: Unspektakulär. Die Stiele sind kürzer, als ich aufgrund den Produktbildern befürchtet habe. Somit: Alles gut.Ladease: Schön kompakt, wiederaufladbar mittels USB C oder QI Ladestation. 4 LEDs zeigen den Ladestand an, wenn man das Case öffnet.Pairing: Kopfhörer ausm Case nehmen und fertig. Beim ersten Mal noch im BT Menü vom Handy/PC/Tablet die Verbindung bestätigen. Keine Codeeingabe und dergleichen. Wenn man 2 Geräte hat, muss man notfalls BT am nicht-gewollten kurz deaktivieren (und dann gleich wieder aktivieren), in der Zeit verbinden sich die Kopfhörer mit dem anderen Gerät. Irgendwann schalten sich die Kopfhörer ab, wenn nichts übertragen wird. Dann einfach schnell in das Case rein und wieder raus. Und ja, beide Kopfhörer. Diese Pairing Methode ist super schnell, hat aber den Nachteil, dass nur ein Gerät verbunden sein kann. Man kann nicht am iPhone Musik hören und mit iPad einen FacetimeCall annehmen.Fazit:Tolle ANC Kopfhörer für wenig Geld. Total frustfrei, Verbindungen klappen auf Anhieb, nichts zu konfigurieren – so soll’s sein.

Nice bass, clear sound and noise cancelling for that price is hard to beat. Only snag is the tiny membrane covering the sound canal to stop debris and ear wax from entering said canal, those tend to disappear in time; have experienced this on two sets from TOZO.

Ottimi auricolari, non credevo che ad un prezzo simile si potesse avere questa qualità , bassi perfetti, una qualità pulita e potente senza distorsioni e sorpresa.. con un touch si ottiene l’isolamento acustico e anche in ambienti rumorosi si riesce ad avere um ambiente ovattato. Anche le conversazioni sono pulite e il microfono ha una buona resa anche in ambienti rumorosi come la strada. L’autonomia è davvero ottima, una giornata intera con diverse pause durano senza problemi. Ottimo acquisto lo consiglio vivamente!
