A literal game changer – if you are undecided just go for it
It arrived and the box was small, I did not have to worry about it, perfect product inside. With instructions. Warning!!! Do not try and take your old strap off from the sides of the headset, instead you pop the tabs on the strap, there are videos online. It should pop off easy if you are forcing you are doing it wrong.I attached the strap and padded band and returned the attachments for glasses onto the machine. Slipped it on and the difference was instant! Now itâs not like wearing a pillow but the fact the device without it would best be suited in medieval times as a head crusher, this strap takes away 90% of the pain.No more forcing your under eye into your nose, no more forehead ache, and behind the ear pressure.It envelopes your head and feels more sturdy. I Velcroâd a power bank to the side so I can charge on the go. The padded wide head support is comfortable. The twist sizer means you can fine tune without practically tightening elastic like the original. I played a good hour longer, never adjusted or touched the headset at all, which for me I was always holding it up to reduce the face drag. Why oculus didnât do this design in the first place is beyond me. In addition I have the PlayStation VR and this strap is more comfy than that. You will not regret your purchase.

It’s not perfect but it’s better than the original straps
I had modified my Quest 2 with the headstrap of a PSVR headset and it worked well but wanted something similar that is new as the materials on the PSVR headstrap were deteriorating.It is very similar in fit tbh, works in much the same way as my PSVR mod.It works well and is more comfortable than the original straps for sure.My only gripe is that the venom battery you can buy at Argos doesn’t quite fit it. It will slide on but requires a ziptie to keep it from falling off due to a difference in the profile of the side arms on the strap. The venom battery will stay on fine with a ziptie though so you could say it works.Still, those two combined have transformed the Quest 2 into something a bit better.Not too shabby at all.

Great battery life and amazing confort
Very confortable even tho i did struggle with my hair getting pinched but i have long messy hair so its a me problem but the battery is a monumental improvement from the quest 2’s battery stand alone, i was only able to play 30min to 45min before but now i can play for +-5hours without battery saver on.It was a well worth it for the low price compared to other battery straps.
