The quality is impressive, top-quality machining. Works fine. Not sure why one reviewer said it wobbled, mine is rock-solid if you tighten up the locking nuts. The screws that adjust the angle have nice ball-and-socket ends. I’m using mine for a Seestar 50 and it hides the top bubble level pretty well, but I use the internal level indicator in the Seestar, so no issue for me. Highly recommended if you want to use the Seestar in EQ mode.

Very nicely made and works extremely well to level the ZWO Seestar S50 smart telescope. Fits the Seestar tripod as well as my Manfrotto tripod. Highly recommended!
