Wowie Zowie!
Speakers received in perfect condition. They are replacing my PC’s Tevion speakers which are around 18 years old but have finally hit the deck. Trust Plug and Play – it actually works!I wasn’t looking for fancy lights or even Hi-Fi quality, but I am really pleased with the GXT 611. Some folk have complained about low volume and short life. Well, time will tell regarding the latter, but I have no problems with volume. I like the handy control which means no need to stretch past the side of my monitor, and the lights are fun.Having just discovered ‘Fernsehballett’ on YouTube, I played ‘Hallo Tiri’ (‘Tea for Two’, ‘I Wanna be Loved by You’ etc), with music and tap-dancing loud and clear, watching and listening with a great cheezy grin on my face. Didn’t dare crank up Volume to maximum, though, or the house may have fallen down!

Bought as a cheap replacement for my old speakers that no longer work
Bought these to replace a set of speakers that unfortunately bit the dust after nearly 20 years (they used to belong to my dad, but he let me and my brother use them when we were at school and gave them to me once my brother moved to university). Didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg for a pair of gaming speakers from brands like Razer or Sony, and found these in a quick search for gaming speakers. I also have a Trust gaming mouse (the Izza) that replaced my Steelseries one after the silicone pads started to come away from the sides, so I know they’re quality products. Have so far been very impressed with the sound these speakers produce when they’re combined with my Creative sound card (the SoundBlaster X AE-5), and they’re very easy to move around. Only downside is that the cable between the two speakers isn’t longer, as I have a 32″ monitor and the speakers only just reach the edges – if the cable was a bit longer, they could have easily flanked the monitor with room to spare. Overall impressive results, very happy with this purchase.

Reasonable buy
Reasonable buy (£21.59 21st Dec 2021) The 6 different colour modes look very good, pleasing and bright and easy to cycle through and turn off when touching the top of the right speaker. It did strike me the speakers would look better if the angles of the lights pointed towards each other, but that comes down to taste.I was confused when the description said PC Laptop I took this to mean PC or Laptop, I do not have a laptop – These speakers are clearly laptop only and is confirmed by the length of wires, which are very easy connectable. I still connected to my Desk Top PC anyway to see how it sounds. I was pleasantly surprised at how loud the speakers do go. They are very light weight and are readily transportable and a reasonable size if you have a large laptop bag.I tried 4 different types of music.1st – Dolly Parton, Pure and Simple, Pure and Simple – this sounded a fair bit tinny and lacked the base. Sound quality 5/102nd – Hans Zimmer, Man of Steel, Look to the Stars – To my surprise, sounded reasonable, again lacked base but a lot better than the above track, not so tinny. Sound quality 7/10.3rd – Loreena McKennitt, The Mists of Avalon, The Mystics Dream. Sound quality 7/104th – Mostly Autumn, The Ghost Moon Orchestra, Unquiet tears. Sound quality 6.5/10Again definitely laptop speakers. It’s possible the sound may be better on a laptop but I don’t expect so.They are OK for budget speakers and look pretty flash. Would I buy these as a gift? Yes for someone who doesn’t have speakers and is on a tight budget or a teenager with a laptop.My rating – 7/10

The RGB and the sound are actually surprisingly good. Of course, if you play it to itâs maximum, the sound wont be perfect, but until the 70% of volume it is very good. Love the small hub to control the both RGB and sound, very handy.

Alright for the price.
You pay for what you get basically, they look really good but the sound leaves something to be desired. The bass isnât very good however, if hooking up to a laptop or something, itâll get the job done.

i’ve bought 2 sets of these speakers and both of which have gone faulty and completely stopped working within 6 months of use, they are easy to set up, cable is too short, they are light weight but they are not worth the money especially if they are just going to stop working in 6 months

Really fantastic for the cost
These are really well made for the cost, and they look absolutely stunning in real life! The colours are really vibrant, sound quality good and the little circular volume box that sits on the desk is a nice touch

Funcionan muy bien y tienen muy buena calidad de sonido, las luces RGB estan muy bien y tambien tiene la opcion de apagarlas, el cable del altavoz es del tamaño correcto siempre que se ponga en el lado izquierdo el altavoz que tenga los botones.Si se pone alreves pensaras que el cable es corto y no te llegara bien a todo tu escritorio.estoy muy contenta con esta compra

Franchement pour le prix elles valent le coup… Y a rien a redire, elles font un super son, elles sont discrètes sur un bureau car pas trop imposantes, la petite bande lumineuse ajoute une touche moderne. Pas besoin de se ruiner dans des grandes marques…
