Oh boy where do I start.Ok So I decided to upgrade from my 7 year old, aging Logitech G933’s that’s finally having unbearable disconnect issues, comparable in price given age and inflation.Issues started immediately! Needing BOTH dongles just to update the firmware, to which the firmware failed several times, eventually, after around 2 hours of troubleshooting and headbutting my keyboard, updated the firmware and drivers.The drivers does not play ball with absolutely any other audio console you have: Realtek? best uninstall it. Spatial audio like DTS? Dolby? Nope, does not get along with them at all. ANY type of audio changes you make, be it sample rate change, ‘windows enhanced audio’ literally anything, will just plung your headphones into silence, and the only way to restore any sound is to repair, or restart whatever audio you are playing, be it a movie, youtube, music etc has to shut down just to get sound again.If by some miracle you made it past the labrinyth of driver/firmware installs, settings etc, you’ll quickly realise that the sound quality is just out-right unacceptably poor.Software is diabolically poor, crashes alot, and why the hell does it need to download it’s own special super duper drivers just to work? Oh and the headphones will absolutely not work unless the swarm 2 software is running in the background, just silence. This is unacceptable.For some bizarre reason, the drivers or software players havoc with my games fps or display, absolutely no idea why, at this point a return is already being made.The bluetooth audio skips to unbearableness, regardless of what you have paipred, be it phone, tv, pc etc, just don’t bother.They don’t work if plugged in via usb (Well, they play when charging, but that’s it, no usb pass through, no aux etc)You can’t tell if the headphones are even paired with the dongles! You get plenty of beep boops that only the adeptus mechanicus could decipher.The sound is terrible, lots of hissing, tssing, simply the treble is poor. Too quiet aswell, just no loudness to the headphones, no punch etc.It’s brazenly obvious that these headphones are just a bunch of tech thing’s that were bundled together without any proper testing, and also very obvious that most of the ‘vine’ reviews are either bots or paid fakes.Avoid these cans at all cost if you value your sanity.

Best headset yet, but important info!
They are comfy to wear and I can wear them for many hours at a time. The battery life is fantastic. The bass is so so good, it makes our other headsets sound very shameful after lol. Mic is clear too. There is just one problem, when updating them it took me ages just for it to stop chucking errors at me. Also keep the usb transmitters safe! You need both of them plugged in, in order to update the headset. Other than that, the app is good for the sound and mic settings. Can even mute by pushing the mic back into the headset, very satisfying. Works with multiple devices, I can talk on my phone and listen to music on my computer at the same time. The distance is amazing, i can talk while its connected to something in my room while im in the kitchen. I love this headset. Hope it lasts a long time.

I was seriously worried I got scammed with a knockoff headset, but nope—this baby’s the real deal! And wow, I’m *obsessed*. These headsets are ridiculously comfy like wearing two tiny memory foam pillows on my ears. Even when nothing’s playing, it blocks out the world so well I could probably ignore a marching band outside my window. Bluetooth? Instant. Unlike my old Turtle Beach headset, which needed a pep talk before connecting. The sound quality is next-level I swear I’m in a full-blown action movie. And when I’m playing COD? I can hear footsteps so clearly, it’s like the enemies are tiptoeing *inside my soul*.
