High Performance Hub/Docking Station
I have a more basic USB hub from UGREEN which has worked great for a couple of years now and this high-spec model has a similar great build quality and I expect it will give me great performance for many years. I will mostly use this with an Asus Zenbook which has two Thunderbolt-4 class USB-C ports. My initial tests on the USB3.0 ports, two HDMI ports, gigabit ethernet and charging port were all positive, with the expected high speeds from USB3.0 and gigabit ethernet and fast 65W charging of the laptop via the USB-C power port (it was probably a little slower than when the charger is directly connected to a USB-C port on the laptop since the hub takes some power but I didn’t notice much difference in the charging time). I only had two external monitors to test HDMI output and only one of them was 4K, the other was only 1080p but I was able to connect both fine at full resolution. I didn’t have a DisplayPort cable to test with. I also was able to use this hub fine with an older Dell Latitude 5580 laptop with a “DP Alt Mode” enabled USB-C port (not Thunderbolt), it should be noted that in the BIOS on this laptop I can increase the power output to this port from 7.5W to 15W, which will help if I connect a lot of stuff to the docking station.

This docking station is an absolute game changer for my workspace. With just one USB-C connection, I can connect my laptop to two 4K HDMI monitors and one DisplayPort monitor, all without any issues. The triple display functionality works flawlessly on my Dell XPS and Lenovo ThinkPad. It really simplifies cable clutter and boosts productivity.The two 10Gbps USB-C data ports are extremely fast, and I use them to transfer large media files with ease. I’m also a big fan of the 100W PD passthrough, which charges my laptop while powering the hub. The Ethernet port has been stable and gives me a solid wired connection, which is crucial for video conferencing and file uploads.The SD and TF card slots come in handy when I’m editing photos from my DSLR, and the audio jack is a nice touch for quick headphone plug-ins. Decent hub but not cheap., works well on Windows but screen limited on Mac’s
This hum is a little pricey but it does offer some nice features, feels solid and works well.I’m usually disappointed when you use a USB C hub and dont get that USB C port back, this one not only does that but gives you another 10gbs ports (but they are data only not for charging) and well as a 100W pd socket.You also get a single display port and dual HDMI ports, SD car and TF Card slot. AND a 1Gb RJ45 ether socket. as well as 2 USB A type sockets and an audio socket.Plenty of connectivity if your device supports it. The issue with MacOS devices is that often the external display ports are duplicated as opposed to independent screens and this one is no different.Quality kit from UGREEN as usual.

Functional and Easy to Use
Wanted a dual monitor work station and this works perfect. I am not tech savvy in any way and it was easy to connect this to both monitors, my charger and my work laptop to create a easy dual monitor work station.

In questo momento la dock è connessa al pc dal quale sto scrivendo e sta gestendo 2 monitor in HDMI senza nessunissima difficoltà, lasciando peraltro libera la porta DPORT al quale potrei un domani collegare un terzo monitor, arrivando ad averne ben 4. Le 2 porte usb “classiche” sono venute comode per il dongle della tastiera/mouse e il lettore d’impronte digitale, mentre ho anche connesso un cavo prolunga USB-C così da potervi collegare eventuali accessori con quel tipo di attacco.In tutto questo non ho dovuto assolutamente fare nulla, l’ho semplicemente collegato alla porta USB-C del portatile ed è stato tutto riconosciuto immediatamente senza alcun driver aggiuntivo necessario (Windows 11), anche la scheda di rete si è configurata da sola avendo chipset Realtek.Da un punto di vista costruttivo è davvero molto ben realizzato, le porte sono ben distribuite e il corpo in alluminio è assolutamente robusto e resistente. Il cavo di collegamento è protetto da una guaina in nylon che lo rende a sua volta molto molto resistente. Molto elegante il color grigio antracite arricchito da una banda blu luminosa che lo attraversa sulla sezione corta, luce che contribuisce a restituire un senso di pregio.Il costo è assolutamente proporzionato alla qualità dei componenti e alla capacità tecnologica della docking station, ricordiamoci che può gestire fino a 3 monitor aggiuntivi con una risoluzione in 4K, senza contare i connettori USB-C da 10 Gbps e la scheda di rete Gigabit.Se siete alla ricerca di una docking station performante, resistente e tecnologicamente all’avanguardia, questa farà sicuramente al caso vostro.[Nota importante: mi piace tenere le mie recensioni sempre aggiornate, questo significa che se nel corso del tempo un prodotto si rompe, si deteriora in modo anomalo o comunque presenta un problema, state sicuri che tornerò qui ad aggiornarne la recensione. Diese USB-Dockingstation bietet sämtliche Anschlüsse, die man so braucht. Sie basiert zwar nicht auf der Thunderbolt-Basis, doch gerade mit dem Galaxy Tap S10 Ultra ist die Docking-Station extrem praktisch, und sie liefert auf einem Port 120 Hz in 4 K. Ich kann das Produkt bedenkenlos empfehlen.

Lo pillé por la marca, hasta ahora no tengo queja de nada UGREEN que haya comprado. Si encima me lo “regalan”, tenía que pillarlo sí o sí para reemplazar mi amazon basics.Y vaya si lo reemplaza: la longitud del cable es suficiente para tenerlo detrás del portátil levantado sin que quede colgando, y tiene suficientes ranuras de conexión de dispositivos para gestionar todo lo que necesito. La velocidad de respuesta de los USBs (donde tengo teclado y ratolín) son las esperables (no percibo retrasos, aunque no estoy en modo gaming, esto es para el curro), y la carga de batería no se ha quejado. No sé si es porque es más grande que el basics, pero también se recalienta MUCHO MENOS que el anterior.Y además parece robusto y aparenta: nivel de molonidad alto.
