Great Purchase! Highly recommended!
I received recently the Amazon Echo Dot as a Christmas present. I decided to connect it with my Onkyo TX-NT609 AV receiver. Since I didn’t have the Onkyo Bluetooth dongle available, my next option was to connect it using a 3.5mm to RCA cable, 2 meters was going to be enough.
I was looking for something decent and at a reasonable price. I stumbled upon UGREEN and the product currently writing this review for. The discounted price was a strong incentive, since paying £11.99 for a cable to be used with a product costing £44 pounds was a bit too much. But for £5.99 seemed a good option. Especially when you take into consideration the quality of the images and the good product listing. This looked definitely like a good product.
Well, it is a good product!
I was really impressed with the quality of the box and the information. Nicely and neatly packaged. After opening the box, I was really impressed with the quality of the cable. The shiny connectors and the nice sleek sleeving of the cable add a lot of value to the product. The only negative is that the RCA connectors are slightly small in size. But I will come back to this later on.
Connect the 3.5mm jack to Alexa, then to my AV received. The quality of the sound was good. Nothing unexpected there. Everything worked as it should.
When I decided to change the ports at the back of the receiver, this is where I realised that the RCA connectors are a bit small. Since the casing of the connectors is sleek and glossy, no gripping points are available, and the small size makes it a bit difficult to disconnect. Of course, everything depends on the fingers and how difficult is to access the back of the receiver. For my case, it wasn’t. I was able to disconnect the RCA but with a bit extra force since the plugs are slightly tight.
Overall, the product is great! The sound quality is good and for the price, I got the cable for, it feels like a good bargain. I highly recommended, with no hesitation.

Perfect for what I needed.
Bought to use with a Majority DVD/CD player and a Lepy LP-2020A amp. The existing phono connections on the rear of the amp. where already utilised by my Sony turntable so used this to connect the CD player to the 3.5 ‘audio in’ jack.
Allows me to share both the CD player and the turntable with the amp. a perfect solution.
Good price too at around a fiver and looks very well made as per usual with Ugreen products.

ch habe das UGREEN Klinke-auf-Cinch-Kabel gekauft, um meinen alten Verstärker mit einem modernen Streaminggerät zu verbinden â und bin rundum zufrieden.
Die Verarbeitung hat mich gleich beim Auspacken positiv überrascht: Die Stecker sitzen fest, die Ummantelung wirkt robust, aber dennoch flexibel genug, um das Kabel ordentlich zu verlegen. Es gibt kein störendes Wackeln, kein unangenehmer Geruch nach billigem Kunststoff, wie ich es bei anderen Kabeln schon erlebt habe. Auch nach mehrmaligem Ein- und Ausstecken hält alles zuverlässig.
Klanglich kann ich â soweit das bei einem analogen Kabel möglich ist â keine Beeinträchtigung feststellen. Es gibt kein Rauschen, kein Brummen oder sonstige Störgeräusche. Die Verbindung ist stabil, auch über die volle Länge von 2 Metern.
Ich schätze besonders, dass sich das Kabel einfach unauffällig in mein bestehendes Setup eingefügt hat â es funktioniert einfach, ohne Probleme oder Fummelei. Genau das erwarte ich von einem solchen Produkt: keine groÃen Versprechen, sondern verlässliche, unaufgeregte Qualität im Alltag.
Daher von mir klare 5 Sterne. Wer ein solides, gut verarbeitetes Cinch-Kabel sucht, ist hier richtig.
