Well built and good clarity
This XLR cable lives up to UGREEN’s solid reputation and seems as good as other IT gear I have purchased of theirs in the past. The noise floor seems to be better than another cheaper cable that I have (and have now binned) and when I check the connections The sleeve is cross bonded between the pin and the earth post. All in all very happy.

Connect microphone to USB audio interface such as focusrite solo
I use this to bridge between a Focusrite solo audio interface to handheld Sennheiser microphone, for PC. it forms part of a £700 powerful vocal setup that i have used for live streaming/vlog. So i can use the mediocre built in webcam on livestream but i have crystal clear audio with the help of this cable of which audiences commented that it was very clear. Once you have this cable for PC use with an audio interface than can deliver 48v phantom power, you can record audio with Audacity all day off of the wall socket if you want and edit. So you can turn your laptop into a recording booth for music and voice purposes. The audio can then be played over a seperate video which makes it ideal for youtube production, and if you had guests you may get a bigger USB audio interface and a second XLR cable for another mic.Personally i think used with the audio interface unit, it offers the widest versatilityAnd Of course the cable is not much good on its own, as with anything, it’s expensive to get into a hobby or specialise, over time save up money from a job and build the setup so it does what you want it too.

I got this for traveling use as it doesn’t have a very long lead but it will connect u up no problem and that’s exactly what I wanted it for close use like in hotels or if your on the go ,all the long wires of my other ones would have issues as the sound can crackle due to the wire tangling or faulting this is just direct mic to interface and your good to go

Whilst this lead isn’t with gold plating, it is quite reliable and will give good service for quite a time before failing through wear. If in a set up where it is rarely unplugged etc., then I till probably last a lifetime. There is virtually no loss of signal that matters. I never noticed any adverse effects that would lead to this XLR cable being the cause, and it certainly doesn’t raise the noise floor. Both this product and the seller can be relied upon to give good service.
