1st one I got the micro slot did not work, but full slot did, it was past the Amazon return period so I contacted UNI about issue, they quickly replaced the unit and it did the same thing, I did not accept that both units were bad, I then found out for some unknown reason Win 11 was not assigning a drive letter to the Micro slot yet did for the full size slot, I then added a drive letter to the micro slot using the drive management window and problem was fixed on both units. So the card reader works great and company support was Excellent.
