A Great Alternative to a Smart Watch
This is a handy little ‘smart ring’ which has a wide range of functions – for health and fitness and even a sleep tracker.You just been to download the free app to your phone and then connect the ring to the app and away you go.It’s comfortable to wear and lightweight. The size I went for was 8mm – which is the equivalent to a P/Q in UK sizing and it seems accurate. This is a great price for a neat little smart device and less obvious than having to wear a smart watch or fitbit.

Caused broken and sore skin
I really wanted to like this ring and had high hopes for it, especially once it arrived and I got it out of its little charging box, I was very pleased with how it looks. The band is pretty, with an eye catching design and the ring fitted well on my finger. It does feel a little bulky if your not used to wearing a ring like this, as it is quite thick, so would take some getting used to.The app was easy to set up and has basic things that the ring can monitor. Steps, BP, Sp02, heart rate and sleep tracker. I think you have to take the numbers quite lightly though, it isn’t super accurate but gives you a ballpark figure.Unfortunately after a few hours of wearing the ring, I noticed I had started to get a purple tint in the fold of my finger which I thought was a little odd. I had been removing the ring to wash my hands as felt it was probably best not to get it wet so was a little unsure why I was getting this purple staining. In the middle of the first night of wearing the ring, I woke up to my finger being very sore and it had broken my skin and caused the skin to open up. I wear a lot of costume and fake jewellery and have never had any kind of reaction, so really not sure what is in the ring to have caused this reaction. Needless to say, I will not be continuing to wear it if this has happened in less than 24 hours. I am wondering if it is the charging area inside the ring that had caused the breakage of my skin. Either way I can’t say I am impressed and wouldn’t be recommending it to others.

I love this ring! It’s so pretty I can’t stop looking at it and fidgeting with it. My size wasn’t available, so I got a bigger size, and I’m glad I did, as it fits perfectly, and I can still wear it on different fingers throughout the day.Setting it up wasn’t so straight forward for me, as the paper instructions just tell you to follow the instructions on the Smart Health app. There was no given code I could see to look for when pairing it up via Bluetooth, so I just had to assume that one of those that showed up was the ring. They must think that everyone knows how these types of devices work, as I found no instructions on how to make the camera work or deal with calls, which apparently can also do?This ring is particularly good for monitoring vitals, like Blood Pressure, Heart rate, Oxygen level, and Sleep quality. It doesn’t measure your temperature, though. It’s also good to count your daily steps, calories burnt, and the distance you’ve walked. There are several sport modes you can choose from, like running, cycling, rope skipping, walking, yoga, dance, golf, even mountaineering. You can take pictures on your phone using your ring as a remote control by tapping your fingers or doing some kind of gesture. I’ve taken pictures with it, but I’m not too sure exactly what triggers them. I believe you can also do something with calls, but I haven’t found out how yet.I’ve been wearing this ring for a few days now, even during the night, and I’ve had no adverse or allergic effects at all. The battery seems to last well, as I haven’t had the need to recharge it yet. You can find the remaining charge in the app. I love the charging case, which looks like a very pretty ring box with a halo light and all. It offers two ways to recharge the ring, with the included cable or wireless with the jewellery box.I just wish that either this product or the app would be more helpful with how to make it work. Many of the app help indications are set for a bracelet or a watch and not for the ring. Some basic instructions would have been much appreciated for those new to smart rings.Overall, this smart ring can help monitor vitals and encourage you to look after your health by setting up goals with the step counter and other exercises. The instructions could be better, though. But what really does it for me is how pretty and eye-catching this ring is. If you’re looking for a basic smart ring to help with your health and do basic things, I totally recommend this one. It would make an awesome gift too!
