Love the angled front!
Using with a MacBook Pro M3 and does the hub job very well.Really like how it looks on my desk, having the angled front makes it much easy to plug peripherals in and out easily – makes for a clean one cable install for everything else that needs to connect into my laptop.Very sturdy feel, and extra star for a half decent length to the connecting cable! I still need to extend it for my slightly more elaborate set-up, but if going straight into a laptop on a desk, or a stand, that would work well.All in all, good quality item and decent functionality for the price

Space Gray
The colour of the aluminium finish is a a darker grey, a good match for Space Gray, rather than raw silver aluminium. The ports all appear to be working well at advertised speeds and have a positive feel. So far it is more reliable than my previous Satechi unit which would regularly reset high-speed connections. However, the SD card reader is a bit awkward to use at the back and the cards have to be inserted label side down (contrary to the manufacturer’s pictures and video). With a couple of tweaks this could be the perfect desktop hub. I think the plastic insert would look better in black rather than white. The USB 2.0 ports should be removed (who wants them?) and the SD card reader moved into their position on the front.

Good Thunderbolt/lastest USB C port laptops, otherwise problematic
Bought this and hooked it up to my laptop/s. I switch between a personal one and another for work. I wanted this device to make this an easy switch between to 2, i.e just plug the ubs c in and away l go. It works fine for mouse and keyboard connections and using it to charge my phone. However l wanted to use it to connect to my monitor as well but it did not work. I contacted the seller and they were very helpful. l found out this was because the USBC connection on my laptops are not the right standard , mine are USB-C port of 3.2 Gen 1 (5 Gbps) and is not equipped with a full-featured (supports charging, data transfer and video output) or a Thunderbolt 3 port. See pic for the standard required. The seller offered a refund, but l decided to keep as l am likely to upgrade sometime in the future.

Not good at all for audio setups
Looked like the ideal product to plug in to my MacBook Air to give me options as I use it as part of my recording studio setup, however, even with a Hum Eliminator in my audio system I get a massive amount of buzzing coming through my studio monitors. Buzzing that didnât occur prior to plugging in this product. Disappointed as it looked promising!

Good Product with Never-ending Uses!
I bought one of theses as my wife has a Surface pro, my daughter has a Macbook and I use a PC. We are always swapping photos or transferring files and I needed something that could be universal and work on all 3 as easily as possible.Connection is as easy as plugging in the usb C to any of the devices and then plug in whatever usb we need to transfer the files from. Data rate varies upon which usb I use, but all are very, very quick. I also tried the hdmi out to the tv and it works as stated. I use a usb keyboard and mouse, and I’ve noticed a more stable connection than plugging in to the back of my motherboard at the back of the pc and overall I’m really pleased with my purchase. There’s also a 12 month warranty to put your mind at ease, but if you’re in the market for a hub that does it all, this one is absolutely the one to go for!
