These are extremely comfortable, good value at offer price, would have been nice if the headset had a case.

Not great, but not terrible
Pros -it has lots of connection options. It comes with two adapters for USB or USB C connection or you can use the standard headphone socket.Cons -Microphone is not clear. It’s pretty muffled. If you’re looking to use this in a work environment for Teams meetings or calling customers, I would advise against it. The quality is just not good enough.Headset is adjustable, but does not adjust far enough. Even at the shortest length, this was too big for my head. So if you have a small head, look elsewhere 🙂

I have a busy house and a job full of calls and meetings. These headphones are great for me as I can have the privacy I need. Delivery was prompt and the quality of the headphones are great. It comes with 2 extra attachments which is inclusive of different laptop brands. Overall this is exactly what I was looking for and I’m really happy with the quality.

I needed to replace the headset that I use for my portable phone and thought i’d try this model. It was more money, not as comfortable and the volume wasn’t as loud as my previous headset. This model fit tighter on my head even though it is adjustable. I wouldn’t want to have to wear it for extended periods of time.UPDATE Oct 02 2021: I was contacted by the seller who asked me if I would like to try a different model and share my experience with it. The model that was sent to me was exactly what I was originally looking for! The model has an adjustable fit, now making it comfortable for long periods of wear and my voice is clearer now than even my old favorite brand from a different company! One of the features that it has is that one can MUTE the microphone with an ON/OFF switch if you are wearing the headset for lengthy and more ‘public’ calls. All in all, super impressed by the features and quality of the headset. In the future, I will be looking for products by Wantek especially now that I know they really care about their products and the service that they provide their customers. (I have an older model Panasonic with a 2.5 jack.) We bought this to replace our Panasonic headset that broke it’s cord after the handset dropped to the floor while wearing the headset. This works as well as the Panasonic set did, and it has a softer, more comfortable ear cushion. The Panasonic was very stiff this one is quite soft, a definite plus. Quality wise It looks to be of equal stock to the original. Works very well with our Panasonic handsets.

Update: Wantek contacted me and apologized for the fit. They shipped a stereo headset free of charge which was a much more comfortable fit. I do prefer monoaural, but I just wear one side behind my ear. I’ve updated the review to reflect an overall rating including the new headset. The cord quality and audio quality is the same as before just a more comfortable fit.Heavy high quality cord. Superb audio quality from the speaker and excellent mic audio. Combined with an incredibly tight fit if you, like me, have a larger average hat size. It was so tight it gave me headaches. No amount of adjustment helped. The plastic headband has plenty of flex but it’s just way too tight. Feels like a vice grip… On your head. The “pad” is throughly uncomfortable despite being relatively soft rubberlike material. It just digs into your head. I’m sure it might be fine for a person with a smaller than average head or even an even average size might be okay. Above that, it will crush your skull.

Not very good whatsoever, feel uncomfortable on your head, very cheap and they break within a few months, would definitely not recommend, though you get what you pay for I guess….
