Didn’t clamp my spindel at all – item returned
Totally ineffective as a record clamp as did not grip lp spindel and way too light to act as a record weight – I returned this and bought a weight from Hudson Hi Fi which works perfectly

FAR Too Light To Use On A Turntable
Chinese manufacture so not the best quality. It would be useless as a record weight as itâs far too light.I use it to protect record labels on my cleaning machine and itâs ok for that.If buying as a record weight for your turntable – avoid – far too light and not the best quality.You get what you pay for!
