Customers say
Customers find the monitor arm easy to assemble and appreciate its functionality, with one mentioning it works perfectly with LG Ultrawide curved monitors. The build quality and monitor support receive mixed feedback – while some find it sturdy and can hold heavy monitors, others consider it the worst monitor stand ever made. The adjustment ease and tilt features also get mixed reviews, with some customers unable to adjust it properly and one reporting issues with the VESA plate tilting. Customers like how it clears desk space.

Excellent quality monitor arm
Very impressed with this, although it is heavy and will need two pairs of hands to get it assembled. Holds my 49″ monitor perfectly and it’s now super easy and smooth to adjust. Very happy with this item! The incorporated cable management is a nice touch.

Very solid
Easy enough assembly. Very solid & stable once set up. Using it to support a 34 inch ultrawide monitor and it has no problems once adjusted correctly.

Not for curved monitors
Quality item but you need a VESA adaptor to fit any curved screen. Be aware as that is a further £40 from another company.

Odyssey G9 Owner
Nice sturdy monitor arm, fairly easy to setup. If you want this for the G9 monitor, check you still have the wall adaptor that came with it or you will need to buy one. As mentioned in other reviews, due to the G9 weight the tilt mechanism needs to be fully tightened so this will not work. This is not a problem for me.Easy adjustments for weight tension, strange design element is the cable management which is one is a slide off and the other held on by screw.

Sturdy arm for ultrawide monitor
I bought this to clear my desk space and match my ‘minimalist’ desk setup. Excellent value for money with strong construction and high quality white finish. Holds my Alienware 34″ ultrawide OLED monitor perfectly with no sag or droop.Only knocking off 1 star under ‘range of motion’ because the pivot on the vesa mount doesn’t quite rotate to 90 degrees, meaning I have to have the monitor arm pulled slightly further away from the wall. We’re only talking about and extra 2cm…so no big deal.Very happy with my purchase.

Do not use with 49â Samsung SUW monitors
Absolutely useless if you have a 11.5KG Samsung Oddyssey Neo G9 49â monitor. Supposed to be rated to 15KG but the actual VESA plate tilts itself (because it is two pieces) creating a long triangle gap vertical with the top 1.5-2mm having a gap & the base touching the VESA knuckle & is unable to be adjusted.Either I have been sent one with the wrong VESA knuckle or this product does not actually support monitors over 10KG!Should have waited & saved for Ergotron HD as bought this in October 2024 & only got round to fitting today (24 May 2025) due to ill health, so cannot return it! Feel absolutely conned tbh. Of course this has to happen over a Bank Holiday weekend so Vivo support not working for 3 daysâ¦**EDIT** Have changed my rating to 1 star from 2 after dealing with the terrible Vivo customer service. No UK support so have to contact them in US Central Time hours only. Continually ask for photoâs of the problem & when sent say they cannot see the issue when the screen is facing downwards by about 10-15 degrees when everything on the arm is perfectly level as shown by a spirit level & the VESA mount knuckle is perfectly vertical! Now got to find £300 for Ergotron HD arm, go back to supplied desk stand or try to figure out a solution that I shouldnât have to using washers on the lower screws holding the monitor to the VESA mounting plate as shims & hope that donât create a weak spot & end up with a broken monitor.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Odyssey G9 Owners look no further
Couldn’t justify the Ergotron + Tilt Monitor Arm. This had mixed reviews on compatibility with the Samsung Odyssey G9. After fitting it to a Sit/Stand desk and using for 2 weeks, I can confirm it absolutely works with the G9. You wont get any tilt feature as you’ll need to fully tighten that hinge but for the cost difference to the Ergotron and the fact that i’d probably never use the tilt feature I am very pleased with the arm. I’ve also had the mount extended to various parts of the desk and have had no issue with range of movement or weight balance. The monitor arm was super easy to assemble, only difficulties were presented by the monitor itself (size, weight, finding the VESA adaptor 🙂 ). Even with the G9 I still managed to fit it solo (just)!

It felt so good upgrading to an arm that can actually support my monitor. I do have a 34 inch monitor rather than 49. Some might call the arm overkill for the size of my monitor, but this arm will be able to handle any size I upgrade to in the future!

Bought this since it was a LOT cheaper than the typically recommended ErgoTron HX arm, and was pleasantly surprised to find that it can hold up my Samsung 49″ display with no issue.Been using this arm since June 2021, no sagging or droop issues. Had to crank the tightness on the swivel head where it connects to the monitor though, but after tightening it, the arm holds up with no sag over time. The in-built cable management is also pretty okay, but the bottom piece is a slide-on cover instead of being screwed on like the top piece is. Can be a bit of a pain in the ass to slide back on if you have a lot of cables running through it.

Original product received was defective as the gas-lift arm did not have any support whatsoever, so that my ultrawide monitor just stayed at the lowest height.I contacted the seller and they were helpful in checking if I have done all the checks with my installation. After confirming that it is defective, the seller dispatched a replacement to me for free, which arrived so quickly. This replacement arm is correctly working and is able to support my 34″ Samsung CJ791 monitor.Took off one star as had to go through the trouble of contacting the seller, but customer support was great.

I got two huge heavy duty monitors. One from North Bayou and this. The NB has a lot of issues, misleading size specs, etc. – but has a tilt spring that allows for quickly moving from bed to desk position. But for most people that just need a locking tilt this arm is much better. It’s taller and more pretty and has much better clamp / grommet systems.Nicer limiter to prevent hitting the wall with the elbow of the arm. That’s the top screw in the photo.Easy to set up and mount the monitor with the quick release.Great grommet system with two bolts rather than one like on my NB arm.My only complaints are:This arm has safety screws on the pivots that are extremely loose. They come undone and then the arm can accidently lift off its mount when you go to lift the monitor. I’ll be swapping the bolts if I can find better ones. or maybe I’ll just add a bit of glue. There’s dust constantly coming out of the bottom pivot because I’m moving the arm a lot. So something seems to be wearing down from the friction of the movent. I’ll try adding some thrust bearings but I’m not sure that the safety screws will engage after that. The little safety screws use a tiny flat head rather than hex key. Why?? There’s 4 hex keys included in the box. ð¤¦ââï¸The clamp is not strong enough to swing the monitor backwards away from the desk. Use the grommet system if you need to swing it behind the desk!Still for most people this arm is awesome and it looks amazing in white.Very heavy duty.Very tall and might even be good as a sit-stand desk if you’re under 5’5″ or mount the arm a little higher than the desk if you’re taller than that. Maybe from a strong desk shelf.
