Poor design and audio quality
The headset had to be returned, as it kept falling off my head. The quality of the audio wasn’t good when using a USB connection either.

A solid single-ear design, which I’m getting used to.
This is a new headset for my work calls – a single-ear design, which I’m getting used to – and the unit has been pretty decent so far. One of the handiest things is how versatile it is – it can be plugged in with a normal 3.5mm jack which is fine for my laptop sometimes but it also comes with usb and a type-c adapter. For calls, which is its main job for me it’s been really good – the mic seems to pick up my voice clearly and it’s noise-cancelling to some degree, which is a big plus with the kids running around. The other person on the call always hears me loud and clear and that’s the most important thing. the bottom line is – it’s certainly clear enough for conversations – and having the mute and volume controls right there on the cord is super convenient. What else, comfort-wise it’s lightweight, the headband adjusts and the earpads are soft. Overall – a solid headset. 4.5 out of 5.

Clear calls, cozy fit
It’s really light and comfy, soft ear cushions that don’t bug me even after hours. The noise-cancelling mic rocks, super clear sound that ditches background noise like magic. The 330° adjustable mic is a nice touch too, I can swing it wherever it feels right. Plus, it’s got options, USB-C or 3.5mm, so it works with my laptop, phone, whatever.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this headset, but am very impressed after listening to various types of audio!Sound quality is excellent, with nice solid bass response when listening to music. Taking into consideration the consumer price point of these headphone, the inherent EQ strikes a good balance, with crisp highs and punchy mids for both music and voice. Actually, during my initial testing, I got distracted and became engrossed in listening and watching old music videos on YT from my younger days, enjoying the excellent stereo sound quality… but I digress.The earpieces, speakers and headband are comfortable and universally adjustable due to multiple pivot points. Hence, this headset is designed to be ‘ambidextrous’, by which I mean the microphone can be worn on either side. I really like that aspect, because sometimes I want the microphone (and cord) on my left, and other times I want it on the right.Materials are of good quality, earpiece speakers are covered with a thick cushion of what feels like a faux ‘suede’ type of material, nice and soft.The headset has a wide range of adjustment and should fit most people. Earpieces are what I would call a partial ‘open-air’ design. i.e. the 40 mm speakers are big enough to cover most of the ear, but are not ‘cups’ and therefore do not entirely enclose your ears or block ambient sounds. Again, I like that aspect because I may need to hear if my wife is talking to me or if our dog is barking at something.The microphone is fully adjustable and the boom easily conforms to the shape desired by the user. I also appreciate the noise-canceling feature and especially the ability to wear it on either side of your head by reversing the headset.Controls are functional and easy to understand. The headset was immediately recognized by Chrome and Google Voice, and appropriate drivers were installed automatically by Windows. All the controls work as designed.If you are looking for a comfortable headset with excellent features and sound quality, these are a great choice!
