Pretty good tablet, with a few caveats
The packaging is effective but the box is in old fashioned shrink wrap. In the box you get a tablet, basic stylus, charging cable and a screen protector.Setup was pretty straightforward. I am comparing the quality to a Fire HD8 (cheaper than this during a deal) and a Samsung Tab A8 10.1 (double this price).Immediately you can see the resolution is not full HD. Fonts are not as clear as the other two tablets mentioned and icons less sharp.Streaming quality over iPlayer however seems not much worse due to streaming limitations.The 128Gb storage is excellent.Sound is a bit disappointing as the max volume is a bit low. The sound is also a bit tinny.The rear of the tablet has a textured finish which makes it easy to grip.I would give it 3.5 stars but have rounded up to 4. Fire HD tablets are better value but annoying as they are tied to amazon. Samsung A8 are more expensive but definitely better quality.

Good value as a child’s tablet. Resolution and performance lags behind but to be expected
This 10.1″ Android tablet from Weelikeit is actually a pretty decent offering for the money which is currently less than £70 with voucher. The build quality is surprisingly good with a grippy textured back and even comes with a preinstalled screen protector, a spare and a stylus. The screen is bright and vibrant (although not quite as sharp as some bigger branded tablets) and sound quality is good coming from its stereo speakers (top and bottom) which work well watching YouTube in landscape mode.Set-up was a cinch with this tablet and was updated to Android 14 which is one step behind the latest Android 15. I did not expect much from the camera but performed okay… sufficient to satisfy younger kids – in fact it was not too far off the Tab A9 which costs twice as much but still remains in the budget category in my opinion.Responsiveness was average but perfectly workable navigating the menus. Additionally, the kids could quite happily watch videos on this even if it lagged behind in terms of resolution particularly with higher bit rate videos. Refresh rate is also where it falls down but, again, considering the price it was to be expected. All in all, a strong budget offering which does not lag too far behind some of the bigger brands and would be perfectly fine for a child to watch YouTube or similar.
