Works well easy to fit
Works well and easy to fit. I had a slight gap at the bottom of the key hole on the inside but a little rubber grommet has helped. Added finger prints easily and even my bank card.

Easy to fit retrofit to eurostyle lock
Well packaged, everything included (except AAA batteries), even the screwdriver. Easy to fit. This was a retrofit to a door with euro lock. Finger print scanner works every time. Very sturdy construction, better than existing lock.

The perfect lock
Very easy to set up and instructions are simple and easy to go through. The lock itself is surprisingly light weight for how big the scanning unit it in my opinion. I would however mention the price. Believe this was a whopping 179 when ordered which for the lock itself I find a bit outrageous compared to similar ones on the market which is a massive shame.Overall though it’s a great piece of kit and I would recommend if you have a voucher or it lowers in price.

This is a great piece of kit.Very easy to install (instructions are clear and simple to follow).You donât need an electrician – you can install this yourself with minimal fuss.Easy to activate and use.Ideal for you home, office, bike shed, holiday home.After a month of use, this is now something I wish I had more of.Great value for money.

It doesn’t fit properly on UK doors
Absolutely doesn’t fit to UK doors. The unit is to wide and hits the door frame when you try to close your dpor after fitting it. They completely didn’t think this system through at all. A complete Weste of money

Simple to setup and life without keys is much better!
I have a smart lock on the front of my house made from another manufacturer but unfortunately it was too big and bulky to fit and work on my back door as the device would jam against the wall. This nifty little lock has a pretty small footprint and can fit pretty much any door thanks to all the options it provides during installation.The first thing I did was set it up and this is one of the few negatives I found. I feel the app is very primitive, isnt particularly clear on how to set up and has no style to it. The app feels cheap but once the lock is set up youâll unlikely go into the app much afterwards.What confused me was I was looking in the app on how to set up thumbprints when tis actually all stored on the device itself. Once I realised this everything went smoothly.The lock has an attachment if your door is thicker, meaning it should technically fit any door. Without any prior door lock knowledge I was able to remove my old one, match the length of the fob and scanner to my previous lock and then slide it into place on my door.Ive set up 4 thumbprints effortlessly and the 3 scan cards as backups. This was all done in a matter of minutes.So to sum up:NEGATIVES:* The app is poor and instructions not written by someone fluent in english, having spelling mistakes is unprofessional and when dealing with house security, is a worry.* The indoor fob is slippery so if the lock is tight, (like mine) its a little difficult to unlock as it slides through your fingers.*App can be used with your smart home but needs a £80+ hub.POSITIVES:*Easy to install, even for someone who has never replaced a lock.*Additional extras to fit any door.*Device is simple to set up and has a small footprint on the door.*Notifications of when door has been unlocked if you so wish*App can be used with your smart home but needs a £80+ hub.Once set up im pretty impressed but would have liked to have seen the hub included at this price so the full utilisation of my smart home could be set up.Happy to have this as a permanent installation and the ease of no keys is actually amazing!

Ho acquistato il prodotto circa un anno fà . Montaggio semplice, dopo un ora avevo già tutto finito. Aprire con l’impronta è veramente figo. Inoltre non devi più portarti le chiavi dietro. Top! Dopo un anno ho cambiato le batterie ed è successo qualcosa che non riuscivo più a farlo funzionare. Contatta l’azienda dopo un giorno avevo la serratura a casa. Ho rinviato il vecchio a loro e mi hanno rimborsato. Sbalordito da tanta efficienza. Grazie
