easy to use, inexpensive and great peace of mind!
easy to set up and believe me i’m not too technically minded and the perfect answer to our needs. mother in law living alone now and did not really want this but we got it for her anyway and once she saw how simple and effective it is , already loves it!

So far….
Get for a recently widowed relative who’s unstable in his feet. System paired up itself easily, connection to the app was a little more fiddly but worked fine once sorted. All the tests have worked fine, not had to use it in an actual emergency yet… hopefully won’t!The signal/sos box is a bit small, was hoping to use it in the window but doubt anyone would see it due to being this small…

Being a techonphobe still can’t get unit to work as expected its all connected as per instructions but will not call or alarm to call centre getting someone else to look at it write up does not say it is a subscription service and no guidance as to add emergency call phone numbers or is it just me being thick???

Fantastic
This seems to be working great and has given my mother and family less stress. You can have many people getting the notifications and alarm. We have a group off 5 people linked to my mums alarm and have set up a WhatsApp group for it, we can all see what’s happening and who’s responding to it.

So far exellent, I had to ask my son to set up app (he found it easy),it gives my children peace of mind as I’m unsteady and the alarm calls them straight away when I press button!
