Bought this laptop thinking it would be great, purchase 1 and had to send back as it was damaged and chipped. Got it replaced and this one will not boot up at all!! Amazon now have £700 from the 2 orders, of my money and I have to wait upto 30 days for a refund!!

I bought this laptop on October 4 and it is now almost 3 months later the fan is rattling very bad. Yes it was a good price but it’s not very good.I bought it to play videogames and it can barely run most of them that I tried to play. (For example Tiny Glades runs at 5fps and is extremely laggy).The keyboard has an RGB lighting that you can change with the keybind (FN+f5) but it doesn’t stay set to what you picked. After the laptop times out the backlit keyboard will just be off and you have to go change it everytime.I also don’t like that it came already setup. I just opened it and it was on the sign in page saying “guest”. I would have liked to go through the entire set up process.I am seriously considering returning this laptop because I’m not very happy with it.I really wish the actual company had a product support but it doesn’t. They don’t even have an actual website on Google that I can find.

Laptop is great but 3 weeks in the charger is broken into pieces! How can I get a replacement charger? I donât want to have to return the whole laptop. Could somebody please contact me about getting a replacement charger?
Never receive this portable air conditioner ordered 2 one in blue 10000 but and this one in Grey 8000 never sent it.. charged my credit card though! Now I gotta fight them to get the money back for the Grey one I never received! Do Not Buy from Costway! –
This is one the best purchases I have ever made. By far the best laptop I have ever owned, runs great, beautiful screen, love the keyboard and the colors are just a bonus… Wow ð ð ð Awesome.
