Easy to pair up, Sound quality is good enough.
For the low price, these are great for calls, But not so good for music or anything where the sound quality needs to be crisper. Can go to a higher volume than my Jabra headset. This is so comfortable to wear all day, and sufficient battery life lasts it out as well. A good buy.

Fantastic Headphones and Mic.
A Condor moment arrived when I realised that the reason why my keyboard/mouse worked with my laptop and nothing else seemed to was because they came with their own dongle. I looked for a headset with a dongle and found one. This one. A very impressive bit of kit once you find the on/off switch. Such clear sound and ease of use. I can recommend this headset to everyone. Somewhere in the tiny book I read that it will work on regular Bluetooth without the dongle so I tried this with my phone and it worked. That’s a bonus and means the old phone headset will be used less.To be fair there are three minor CONS. I looked down and they fell off since they don’t grip that hard. There is no side tone at all which means it’s a bit like talking to someone while wearing ear defenders. The charging dock is a piece of art but since you can plug the USB lead directly into the headset to charge it then you might see the charging dock as redundant. Still it’s somewhere to park the set when not in use. You could also put them in the posh soft fabric bag that comes with them.Despite the above I am very glad I chose this headset.

Decent bit of kit
I really like this headset. I have always personally preferred connecting via dongle over Bluetooth as it prevents connection issues but these work well with either option. The sound quality is great and I have no issues listening to music, watching videos or participating in Teams calls but there is an issue which I can’t tell whether it is an isolated defect or a feature that has limited functionality and that is the answer call button. It simply doesn’t work for answering Teams calls, I am yet to be in a situation where I am answering on my phone so have not been able to sanity check this fault. When a call comes in I would expect to be able to click the big flashing blue button and be connected but nope.In addition, I find it infuriating that the built in mute feature has an audio response(a female voice saying “muted/unmuted/connected/disconnected”) that overrides whatever you may be listening to only to announce that you have muted, likewise when you have connected to another device. May seem trivial but when using the headset in calls you may not be on the call app and need to quickly mute/unmute and the delay is significant enough to which it often means missing other’s talking.Overall they are decent,- great battery life,- the dock is very convenient,- they are fairly light weight on the head- though can heat up your ears a bit,- block out sound effectively- quality sound- quality mic ( I have had no complaints about struggling to hear/understand )- multi-connection options- stupid voice confirmations on controls- answer button does not function in Teams (can’t speak for other apps/devices)Side note, anyone wanting to use with XBox One, they don’t work via Bluetooth or dongle, never tried wired but I assume not.

Great quality
These are surprisingly really good quality. I was a bir skeptical after reading some comments but even for just listening to music theyâre pretty good. Super easy to set up too. Well worth the money.

Noise Cancelling Doesnât Exist
Headset looks lovely but my goodness the noise cancelling is awful. Itâs non existent. I would go as far as to say it even echos. Do not buy this if youâre looking to use it for anything other than music.Only pro is the case is nice and itâs easy to connect.

Pretty good
Was ok, sound quality good and connected to wifeâs work computer without dongle or wire.Set up was easy, battery was long lasting only charging every 3 or 4 days.Comfy to wear all day, very lightweight.

Long life battery
I really like the long life of the battery on this headset. However, the mute button is a bit of a nuisance. When you press the button on the headset a voice advises that mute is on, and same again when turning it off. This can be quite jarring when using in a meeting as it makes it hard to hear others speaking at that instant. It connected easily with my pc with no issues and others in meetings said voice quality is really good. Although it’s a light headset, wearing it for extended periods does make the top of my head a little tender. Additionally it’s not too comfortable if you have to wear glasses as it pushes the arms into your head. All said and done, they are a good headset for the price as long as you are weighing up the 2 cons with your needs of the headset.

Perfect for someone with ADHD!
Use these for work where I need to take calls throughout the day as well as work cases between calls. I love how I can connect to my phone as well as my laptop as having ADHD, I can play music to help me concentrate in between calls and drown out background noise, but when a call comes through, the music stops and the call starts! Genius!

This rechargeable headset is very comfortable, even when in use for a long time. Sounds quality is great, both for voice (meetings) and music. Itâs mic quality it is also good, never had a meeting where my sound was questionable. Battery life is great too, I leave it on the charger after the workday so for sure it lasts 8 hrs.*** More than a year later – going strong.

Too tight for head and not an easy mute option

The nature of the modern working work demands having a good headset so that you can communicate clearly, have mobility, and trust that you have excellent control over your audio. This headset excels at meeting the expectations of any professional, but it does have some minor comfort issues.First off, setup for this headset is simple. Either use the Bluetooth pairing to connect without any additional equipment, or use the USB dongle to connect directly. I had no problem connecting with the Bluetooth but found that I was getting some interference. I can’t say for certain it was the headset itself, but considering that using the USB dongle resulted in a more reliable sound quality, I am satisfied that there are multiple options to ensure stable audio. The controls are simple in that you can control connection, volume, muting, and playing, directly from the headset. As someone who likes to be mobile while taking calls, this is a perfect set of functionalities. And the connection is very strong. I’ve walked halfway across the house and upstairs without the signal cutting out at all. So, the connection is solid. One thing I really appreciate with this headset is the microphone light indicator for when your headset is muted. As my pictures show, when the headset is muted, there is a red LED light in the end that indicates the microphone is off. This is a small add-on but is great to ensure that you know for certain that your device is muted. The only big criticisms I have are in regards to comfort and docking. I tend to find that, after wearing this for more than an hour, it doesn’t tend to be a bit of a tight fit. I happen to have a big head, but I’ve had headsets by more recognizable brands where I didn’t face this discomfort, even when the headband is extended. Additionally, the rechargeable docking station is not as obvious off the bat. I actually had to reposition it a few times before figuring out how to ensure it was connecting to the base and charging. The designers could have done something more to ensure that the body forced the headset into the correct positioning.Other than those minor issues, I am very satisfied with this headset. The sound quality is great, the controls are perfect, and it does a great job in a professional situation. For the price, it is well worth checking out.

A great headset, comes with a bluetooth dongle and allows for connections to two different devices (eg: Laptop & Cellphone), which I use to connect on PC for meetings/gaming, and then on my cellphone for music. Occasionally you get a brief hiccup in the connection, but nothing severe. The mute is a bit weird, it’s not a flipswitch or press-down-able button, and there’s a light on the microphone, but you just can’t really see it if it’s on, at least I couldn’t, you just kinda trust that it did what it did and mutes you. The stand is a wee bit wonky, it takes some wiggling to get it to sit just right on the depression to charge, but if nothing else, there’s a USB-C port on the headset, which is all I need. Overall, a good addition at home and in the office!
