Remember to turn on the ON/OFF switch;Use the batteries of the well-known brand, correctly place the positive and negative poles of the battery according to the text in the battery slot；Let the usb receiver get closer to the keyboard as possible;Move the usb receiver from one usb port to another;Move the usb receiver to another computer;Pls don’t use the keyboard on metal surfaces;Re – pair: Unplug the usb receiver of computer; Press “Esc” and “= +” buttons about 5s until the power indicator turns on; Insert the usb receiver and place the keyboard as closely as possible to the usb receiver.
Q: Mouse is not working

My wife and I work from home. I have bough these wireless Seenda Mouse and Keyboard over a year for me and a new one recently for my wife. It’s a fantastic piece of equipment on it’s price range.Pros- LightweightIf eventually you’ll need to take it with you it’s not a problem.- StableIt doesn’t wobble on the table, because it has four rubber bottoms- ComfortableThe keys are not too high, which is more pleasurable to work in my opinion. The mouse is not huge, but it’s not tiny. Feels adequate to normal-sized hands- EconomicOther than the price, it does not consume a lot of battery. I had to change it a couple of times during a whole yearCons- It uses batteriesIt would have been better if you could simply recharge them directly- It uses two different types of batteriesMouse uses AA batteries, while the keyboard uses AAA. Which requires you to always have two different sets at home (to be honest, though, I bought one charges and two sets of rechargeable batteries and I am always covered for this and also the remotes around the house, so not a biggie for me)OverallIt works perfectly, it uses only one USB socket for two peripherals and it will make your desk way easier to keep organized. Strongly recommended product.

Keys are a little small for my liking and my stupid sausage fingers other than that they got a nice clickity clack and itâs a nice lightweight small keyboard. Mouse is also small if you have a big giant sausage hands so bare in mind.

Stopped working after a few months of use.
This was a decent product until the keyboard just gave up and stopped working! Very disappointed as I was beginning to like the aesthetic and light form factor of the devices. The mouse is working fine!Also, the slot to hold mobiles / tablets at the top of the keyboard is nothing but a dust repository – you can’t slot in any of the new phones in the landscape orientation as there just isn’t space. I have contacted the support to try and sort out the issue with the keyboard – hoping to fix it soon!

good quality and it all works so far!
I am pleased with the quality and would recommend this item. The keys are flatter and quieter than I am used to, but the qaulity of the keyboard and the mouse are very good for the price. I am particularly pleased that the keys match the characters when pressed, (which the last keyboard I bought and had to return, did not and that was a bigtime problem for me). Thank you for the Seenda.
