Excellent Compact Lavalier Microphone Kit
This compact lavalier kit is a solid option for a beginner in need of a low cost entry and easy to use wireless lavalier microphone solution. They provide a very similar experience to AirPods, but instead of earbuds you get wireless microphones. It is truly plug in and switch on, requiring no app download, setup or configuration. Each microphone has a claimed battery life of around 12hrs, with the charging case able to provide 3 charges for each microphone.The receiver plugs directly into your Smartphone and acts as a microphone input. You can choose whether you want USB-C or Lightning with an included adaptor. I would have liked to see a pass-thru on the receiver so you can still charge your phone at the same time, but given how small it is it makes sense that there isnât. There also isnât the option to connect a 3.5mm jack if you wanted to use a DSLR Camera and want the audio to be recorded directly into the camera.The transmitters connect and pair to the receiver automatically almost instantly over a 2.4Ghz connection. The microphones have a noise cancellation, which removes background noise at the slight cost of reducing deeper voice tones and overall clarity/detail of the sound – it works well enough to remove some of the constant background noise floors. It also has a built in reverb filter which is a bit of a novelty feature. The microphones have a small foam covering which acts as a pop shield, but in windy environments certain words/pronunciations may cause some distortion in the mic. Overall, for its price point there is very little to criticise – the microphones, even though they are small, they produce a clear and very usable audio recording.

Good quality mics for content creation!
These mics are SOOOOO easy to use! You literally plug in the tab, turn the mic on, and that’s it! They come in a super handy, compact charging case that’s easy to throw into my bag and take with me for content creation on the go. The mics pick up sound clearly, even from far away and have worked well for me on both android and ios devices, which has been super easy with the adapter it comes with! Definitely recommend this, especially considering the price!
