I’m really impressed with this doorbell camera! The video quality is crystal clear, both during the day and at night thanks to the infrared night vision. The motion detection works well and alerts me instantly on my phone, which adds a great sense of security.Setup was simple and quick, even for someone who’s not very tech-savvy. The two-way audio is a fantastic feature—I can talk to delivery drivers or visitors even when I’m not home. Changed my life!
After some bad experiences I started getting seriously anxious when people knocked on my door. After consideration and research I selected this video doorbell. Below is my honest opinion and observation.The door bell itself is very easy to charge and comes with the necessary cable to do so. I did buy some memory to insert into it as I opted not to pay extra to have all the footages saved on the cloud. I appreciate the fact that you have the option.The doorbell has a pleasant sound and doesn’t call me any anxiety. I like the fact I can be alerted, view and speak to a visitor even when I am not home. It would be nice, however, if there was an alert when the battery was getting low ( e.g. I missed a delivery because I had no idea the postman rang. I later checked on my phone and I could see him ringing the bell but clearly it was after the event!) No biggie, but some ‘signal’ would avoid the issue. I also don’t think the sensor works. I’m sure this model is supposed to detect if someone is at your door ( even if they don’t ring). Mine doesn’t do that/ work. Not sure how to rectify it. The video quality is very good but there’s a little lag between the video and what is actually going on outside your door but that could be due to the reception. Overall though I’m pleased I purchased it as it’s still a great improvement on people banging on your door. I also like the fact that you can take the ‘inside’ bell with you as you move around ( e.g. if you are on your patio, for example). So far the charge on the outdoor bell is still going. Again not sure if you get notified when it goes low????As I said before, the video quality is pretty impressive especially at that price ( even when compared to more expensive models).UPDATE: still loving it and recommending it to friends. Even when miles away you get notification. However, I can confirm that neither bells ( the one inside and the one fixed near the door) notify you when their battery is low. You only work it out when either of them stops working and you miss a delivery or else . Even a notification on my phone would be useful. That said, the battery charge on the video camera is pretty good and I’ve had to recharge it only once since the initial charge ( when it was first delivered). The battery on the mobile unit, however runs out quicker ( I’ve had to change the batteries twice); not sure if it’s because you have to use physical batteries or it’s just that the unit uses more energy. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Overall I still think it’s a great buy and at a very reasonable price at time of purchase and yes I still recommend it to friends.

Great image & sound quality
Way too many door salesman, scammers and random people showing up at the door these days, every house needs a video doorbell now just to avoid them. For safety sake, really do get one. Pretty good price without having to shell out for a big named brand.Onto the actual doorbell, it’s pretty easy to setup, and it has great image and sound quality. The camera has good wide angle so it can capture quite a bit and also useful nightvision when needed. The battery is still on the first charge, since I bought it about a month ago so good battery life so far.
