No. Only support 2.4Ghz wifi router. If you mean mobile phone network, then yes. After setup the video doorbell with 2.4Ghz wifi router, you can use mobile data or any wifi to view the video doorbell via app.
3. Does the video doorbell camera with Indoor Chime?

4.Can I share my doorbell camera with family using the app?

Yes wifi doorbell camera support remote access. As long as you have network ( wifi or mobile data ) switched on you can view the live feed from the App wherever you are.
6. How do I know when video doorbell is charged or fully charged?
The doorbell camera is compatible with the DC 5V 1A or 5V 2A charger with USB interface (phone charger is ok).
In charging, the indicator near the usb port is Red; Fully charged, the indicator near the usb port is Blue. You can see the battery level on the app. Please fully charge the video doorbell before the first use. USB cable contained in the package. After fully charged( 8 to 10 hours to fully charge), video doorbell can last for about 2 to 3 months.
