Good performance using Woox software.
Woox E14 multicolour candle bulb, very easy to set up.Alhough it has a similar colour range to the Tapo B22 multicolour bulb it is limited by having fewer skill settings when controlled through Alexa.

It’s not in the instructions, but you’ll need to enable the WOOX skill in Alexa to use them with Alexa.The WOOX app is clunky, and not at all intuitive. Scenes can only be set when using a range of conditions, and when trying to set a timed scene, sunset and sunrise aren’t available so it means changing the times on and off repeatedly as the seasons change.My usual brand of smart lightbulbs don’t do the E14 fitting, which is why I bought this brand.I won’t be buying from this brand of bulbs again.

Lovely choice of colours. Good quality. Don’t like the idea of not been able to turn all lights of at the same time. Its time consuming doing it individually. Flickers for far too long.

1 out of the three not working
Really frustrating that one of the bulbs is not working. To rectify this the only option seems to be returning the whole set, which would leave me with no lighting. I have tried to contact the company directly but if I dont get a response soon I will have to order replacements from another company as this one is not trustworthy and get my full refund. Nobody wants this kind of hassle when they order online.Also it needs its own app which is another negative, because we have all had enough with every single producer of anything wanting you to download their special app.

5 stars all round. Took less than 3.mins to install all 3 lights. I think this brand is by far the quickest and the easiest of all that I have bought and used.
