Pretty impressive air flow for a small fan
Supplied within a printed cardboard box, this little rechargeable fan is pretty impressive in terms of the volume of air that it can shift, and as it is âfocused,â it shifts it quite a distance.Control of the fan is easyâone button for on and off (this also activates a digital display of battery level) and two other buttons for up and down. It is recharged via a supplied USB-C lead, though no wall adapter is supplied.It looks quite âhi-techâ but is unobtrusive and doesnât take up too much space. It has a bit of a weird readout for fan speed: 1, then 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100. I get that the last five represent percentages, but â1â is most certainly not 1%.As it happens, for where I have placed it on my desk, 1 is spot on for giving me a lovely cooling jet over my face and upper torso. 1 is also barely noticeable noise-wise (not that 100% is that loud).Having tried this, I see no reason why I would go back to the other, far larger desk fans (the sort with a metal cage over the blades).If you like the flow of air directed precisely (this is a static fan, after all), then this is definitely for you. Given the size of it, the airflow it generates is pretty impressive.

Solid and effective fan, decent size so big enough to move a useful amount of air.The fan speed is adjustable from 1-100, a quick press of the up or down button will jump in units of 20, whilst holding down the button allows full control over the fan speed. Very quiet (for a fan) even on the higher speeds, stable in use so makes an excellent desktop fan.The display in the middle shows the speed and also battery power remaining. Battery life seems decent, with a claimed life of anything between 2-15 hours depending on fan speed.It comes with a wall hook with a sticky back, so it can be used in a more fixed position, though being rechargeable we tend to keep it mobile.

It looks great, but performance is rubbish…!Pros:Build quality is good. Nice, solid feel and quite weighty for such a small fan.It’s quiet.Cons:Not powerful but power hungry!The air flow is poor and doesn’t reach far.Battery life is really poor!I needed it on 100% to feel anything at 2.5ft away and the battery lasted about 15 mins on 100%.It sounds whiny.The tilt option is limited, about a100 degrees swivel (12-4 on a clock face).6 speeds, but there’s not much difference between them and it’s a very soft, gentle breeze.Useable when charging, but to be honest, I think it’s battery is so poor that it will probably be most effective when permanently plugged in.Charging cable is short.Stick-on wall mount which I doubt it would hold the weight of the fan.Expensive for what you get. I will keep it as an emergency fan, as I am currently unable to return it.Edit – The seller fully refunded the cost of the fan. I added a star for their superb customer service!

Love the minimalist style. Speeds are 1-20-40-60-80-100 speeds. As with any fan you will hear noise but even on 1 it’s pretty quite. Charges via usb-c or you can leave it connect to usb-c. This is helpful as you can take it anywhere. We will see how long it lasts as well as if and when it comes time to clean. Highly recommend if you are looking for simple and straight to the point. No remote but could be an added perk for future models.

I actually got this little desk fan from WSKEN on advice from my hubby. I tend to get random hot flashes out of nowhere and usually I just need a bit of moving air to help them pass. We recently went to a show at our local historical theater and it was extremely warm in there… we have another show in about a month and I just know it’s going to be hot in there again. My other half ever-so-lovingly reminded me that I needed to get a personal fan for these exact moments. I made the quip of, ‘well if one ever turns up on Vine.’ I kid you not, the NEXT day and long story short, here we are.This fan, is portable and rechargeable. Even on 1 (the lowest setting) I can feel it from 2 feet away. Keep in mind this thing goes to 100. It is actually fairly quiet and I’m not worried about disturbing other people near me with it. It is very directional, so you can use it but the person next to you, is not going to get much use out of it.I have not had to run it out of it’s battery yet, but I did have it going right out of the box for about 30 minutes and then put it on the charger.I absolutely look forward to outings this summer with this thing. Granted it is a little bit bigger than a personal handheld fan, but for the amount of air it is moving, it needs to be. All in all, it’s about as wide as my hand with my fingers spread out – definitely manageable and moveable.10/10 would recommend.Understanding my ratings:2 pts per star.
