Good quality cylinders
Easily fitted, little bumps mentioned in some reviews no longer present so the issue of those catching on install isn’t an issue with the ones delivered to me. Keys feel sharper than previous designs not to the point of harming anything but just makes the key a little more awkward to place in the cylinderOther than that, all good

Our old lock fell to pieces (it was an Avocet) so needed a replacement and fast. DId some research and since I’d already fitted a Yale to the front door and it had been an easy process, bought another for the back door.Next day delivery through Amazon Prime and it was fitted and working in less than ten minutes. Just make sure you measure your lock correctly before ordering and it slides in and is secured by one screw.Given the security rating on this lock it should make the door more secure…it remains to be seen – hopefully never teseted.I would have given it five stars but the key goes in horizontally which I find more tricky than vertical…but that’s a minor point.

Good lock.
Fitted and works fine. Arrived in Yale box in new condition. Fitting was simple, no âlugsâ or âdimplesâ to get in the way. The over length of the 35/35 is 70mm not some other makes that are up 74mm which wonât fit into a Yale platinum door handle. Shame it only comes with 3 keys as had to pay out £16 for 2 additional keys so hopefully it doesnât fail!

10-year warranty is useless
Bought one in 2017, it broke 6 years later (key was getting stuck in the lock) so I contacted Yale customer support. They promised a replacement but they never sent it and stopped replying. Not recommended.
