Works perfectly, a little noisy
I ordered this to keep alive an old XBOX One that I can’t afford to replace just yet. The PSU was good value and works exactly as it’s supposed to. The lights on it go from Orange when on standby to Green when the XBOX is on, instead of White like the original XBOX PSU.The fan in the new one is much noisier than the old original one, but I suspect that is likely to be of value, as it does seem to stay much cooler than the old one, and staying cool is much better for these PSUs given the amount of overheating failures I have read about on the originals.I also like the way the plug that fits into the Xbox only fits one way, instead of it being possible to turn it either way on the original one. I’m all for making it so that it has one CORRECT way of fitting, and is restricted from going in the wrong way.Overall, very happy with my purchase and delighted that it works 100%.

Bit of a late review as I bought this a year ago but probably a more helpful review too because I’ve had a long experience to give a better review, bought this last year as mine had broke and I couldn’t use my xbox, this one was delivered quickly, easy to use just the same as the official xbox one as far as connecting it up, no noise comes from it atall, it doesn’t cut out or have any issues and a year on its still working perfectly the same as when I bought it brand new with zero issues experienced throughout and I’m a daily xbox player/user whether I’m on games or watching streaming sites the xbox is on all day every day and still I’ve had no issues with it atall so I’d definitely recommend, the sellers are very nice too and messaged a few days after it was sent to make sure it had been delivered and if there was any issues to get in touch which I havnt had to do but I would feel comfortable approaching them if I did 🙂

Works well, but very loud.
The product saved my Xbox One for sure. The original power bank wore itself out and this has gotten the console up and running again for my kids. It’s a constant background noise unless I unplug it though. It is constantly on, whining in the background. I hoped that when the console was off the noise would stop, but nope, it’s always going. It’s a faff to unplug it from the mains every time I want to a bit of piece and quiet in my home office when I’m working. Product works, but it’s kinda obnoxious.

Worked perfect after official power brick gave up
Worked a treat, great value for money compared to official xbox power brick. Been using it for a few weeks now with no issues. Slightly louder than the official one but now I’m encouraged to switch off the xbox instead of leaving it on standby, so not exactly a big deal.

Solid choice
Never going to be dead quiet but this is such an upgrade from my previous one which sounded like a jet engine, with this it’s quiet enough that with any other background noise you will not notice it. Also randomly enough it looks cooler than my precious one

Not working
Just got and currently when I plug into the mains the LED turns orange. As soon as I put into XBox, the orange light flickers really fast. XBOX does not turn on. Any ideas why?
