Couldn’t get this to work with Windows 7 Pro
Works fine (Plug & Play) without any drivers in Windows 10. Up and running in under 30 seconds ! Not so Windows 7 Pro however. I’d previously installed a cheap BT5.0 USB adapter and (maybe) the drivers hanging around from this install have impacted the UGreen. Wish I’d have loaded up the UGreen first, but I didn’t. Followed all the instructions but still can’t get the RealTek Bluetooth driver to load correctly. Unlike cheaper options they do have support, so I’ll throw myself on their mercy and see. Hopes aren’t high ! Bottom line – Microsoft have abandoned Windows 7 so maybe it’s time to move on rather than wasting time and money attempting to retro-install Bluetooth features. Dropped a star for not working under Windows 7.

Brilliant
Got me out of a hole. I was on an online course over a number of weekends and my bluetooth went down on my motherboard. I couldn’t fix it and the weekend was approaching quickly so I ordered this. Plugged it in, downloaded the drivers and was up and running. Worked flawlessly to get me up and running again.

Item becomes defective after short time!
Absolute garbage. Stopped working after 3 months. Constantly switches between connected and disconnected. Tried different ports and same result. Other items tried in same ports and working fine. Product is cheap, defective and not meant to last. Tried to arrange for a replacement but only went through to returns , which obviously is after the 28 days. Nowhere to contact UGreen so I have left this review here. Avoid like the plague as in this case, it seems it is worth spending more on the genuine Microsoft product.

Doesn’t work with all Bluetooth devices.
I had a problem to connect my keyboard through Bluetooth. I am surprised that have some issues with connection between other devices so, think about it if you want to get cheap product with 50% chance it will be without issues depending of your other devices.

Easy add on to provide Xbox controller support on PC
A great and inexpensive way to add Bluetooth to a PC without it on the motherboard. Comes with drivers on disc, but on Windows 11 Pro these were not required, nor were some of the other steps, it was nearly plug and play. Was recognised in device manager and all that was required was Settings>Bluetooth and devices>Add device. It paired with an Elite Xbox controller and no other steps were needed. Fires up connection without anything further needing to be run. If there is any delay I can’t detect it. Good value and pleased to see that there was a white option to match PC case.

Ho acquistato questa chiavetta per collegare delle cuffie bluetooth alla ps5. Purtroppo, questo non è stato possibile visto che in realtà la chiavetta non funziona (almeno nel mio caso). Fortunatamente avevo un pc privo di bluetooth e questa chiavetta mi ha aiutato a collegare a quest’ultimo mouse e tastiera wireless. la chiavetta in se funziona ed anche bene, ma il titolo dell’inserzione è un po fuorviante (visto che appunto in realtà con ps5 non funziona), dato che ho letto che anche altri hanno avuto il mio stesso problema

La clé bluetooth a été reconnu directement par mon PC sous Windows 11 sans ajout de logiciel. Mon casque audio est également reconnu sans problème. Je recommande fortement.
