Works perfectly
The crazy thing about this is the shortest length of time I’ve ever spent getting stuff to work with Alexa.Just install the app on your phone, and use the app to link the Alexa skill, rather than searching with Alexa App and trying to manually add it.I named it power-bar and now just say “Alexa, turn on power bar” to turn on all three sockets.I can individually turn them on and off by asking her to turn on switch 2 or turn off switch 3. I can go further and give them names – like “Turn on coffee pot.”Seriously, I’ve had other plugs and light sockets, and had nothing but problems. This was an absolute dream. (Read the instructions, scan the QR code, install the app, Add the skill)

Exactly what I was looking for
This smart extension lead and the cable are well-made and sturdy. The sockets are easy to plug and unplug. It is easy to setup with the app which is responsive to use. It supports voice assistance like Alexa and Google Home but I haven’t tested this feature. I’m currently using it for a table lamp and a mini desk fan (for drying cake decorations) so that I can turn them on and off with the scheduling function. It is particularly useful for turning the lights for pets when I’m away and also for Christmas lights. It is priced at £24.99 at the time of review, which I think is reasonable considering the quality and functionality. Highly recommended!

Itâs a sign of the times but more and more we need to plug in more stuff!! Ours is an old house so doesnât have the abundance of sockets that modern houses have so we have extensions everywhere. So to find one that takes three plug sockets and three USB sockets and can be used with Alexa is actually quite exciting!I already have an extension by my bed for all my gadgets that need charging, now I can switch on my bedside light using Alexa too. I also think this could be a game changer for my Christmas tree which has three sets of lights on it normally. I donât know what it says about me that I can be this excited over an extension lead!! ð

Caused house circuit to trip
Looks good, worked in the app and HomeAssistant, but within a few hours it caused the house circuit to trip and black marks in one of the sockets (between earth & neutral). The TV in that socket was off and had been off since it was plugged in ~4hrs earlier.

A useful extension socket with room for three plugs, each can be programmed to turn on and off, thereâs also two USB sockets plus a USB C socket.Programming is done through an app, connectivity to my phone was quick and simple. Also connecting to Alexa was straightforward.You can also check your power usage, plus much more. Probably more than I need, itâll be perfect for me to operate the Christmas lights etc..A good product.

I’ve had Antela smart products before and they’ve been great – no issues. This is the same – great product and works as expected. Works with the smart life app which is great too because a lot of other smart products form other brands use this app, so keeps everything in one place. It would be nice if the USB slots could be controlled too but I can imagine not many products with usb power would need to be turned on by alexa.

I never thought Iâd be excited by an extension lead but I have to say what a fantastic product. I will find it hard to go back to a standard extension lead now!The extension lead easily connects with the app and you can then control via the app and not have to move off the sofa. All the while if you are so inclined you can keep an eye of electricity usage.The addition of various usb ports really is very helpful too.This extension lead is going to come into its own when I get the Christmas decorations up and I donât need to scramble under the tree to put all the various lights on. Das Paket kam pünktlich, ordentlich verpackt und völlig unbeschädigt bei uns an. Direkt beim auspacken fällt einem Sofort auf das dass Kabel viel dicker ist als bei normalen Mehrfachsteckdosen ohne WIFI und auch insgesamt fühlt sich es als Ganzes sehr wertig an. Das einbinden ins wlan funktioniert ebenfalls ganz einfach so das es mit Sicherheit auch ein Laie einrichten könnte.. da ich die SmartLife App schon für einige andere Geräte im Haus zum Steuern verwende habe ich auch hier diese genommen.. danach nur noch Geräte anstecken und schon werden aus ganz normalen Ventilatoren, Lampen, Kaffeemaschinen usw Smarte Geräte die sich über Wlan auch aus der Ferne steuern lassen .. wenn man eine Cam hat die das Anwesen Ãberwacht und jemand kommt ans Haus kann man über die Cam mit dem jenigen sprechen aber auch Licht anmachen, Anlage an uvm so das es den Eindruck erweckt es wäre jemand zu Hause.. funktioniert mit allem was in der Steckdose steckt wunderbar.. wir haben es aus 70 km Entfernung getestet und es funktioniert wirklich und das erstaunlich gut ..sie können ein Gerät nicht nur an und ausmachen sondern auch einen Timer einrichten, eine Zeit einstellen wann es an gehen soll und eine Zeit einstellen wann es ausgehen soll, das kann täglich, nur an manchen Tagen oder wo auch immer sie eine Zeitschaltuhr verwenden würden über die App gesteuert sein.. funktioniert zB bei Ventilatoren wunderbar.. auÃer den normalen 4 Schucko Steckdosen sind 2 USB-A Anschlüsse und ein USB-C Anschluss dabei .. es kann jeder Anschluss seperat angesteuert werden und der Verbrauch ermittelt werden, wie auch ein Ãberspannungsschutz ist dabei .. ich werde mir definitiv noch 1-2 oder 3 solcher Wlan Steckdosen holen und so paar andere Geräte im Haus noch Smarter machen.. ob der hohe Preis gerechtfertigt ist kann ich nicht so wirklich sagen aber andere Hersteller haben sie auch nicht günstiger und die wenigsten haben 4 Steckdosen + USB-C und USB-A und bei mir ist USB-C Pflicht, sonst zahle ich nicht so viel Geld dafür.. wäre nur schön wenn irgendwann welche auf den Markt kommen die nicht nur eine USB-C haben sondern gleich 4 .. USB-A benötige ich so gut wie gar nicht mehr und wenn doch verwende ich die bereits vorhandenen.. das Gerät ist super, ich habe in den letzten paar Wochen seit ich es täglich verwende keine Aussetzer oder irgendwelche Schwierigkeiten gehabt, läuft tadellos so lange das Haus eigene Wlan ebenfalls läuft .. von unterwegs Geräte Steuern zu können ist absolut Smart, kann ich daher nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen..

Je ne connaissais pas la marque Antella mais depuis sa découverte, j’en suis devenu un grand fan. Comment avoir des supers pouvoirs sans avoir de super pouvoirs? Testez Antella et vous ne le regretterez pas. Me sens comme un enfant à qui on aurait confié une baguette magique contrôlant un monde électronique. Entre les routines, l’automatisation, le contrôle vocal avec Alexa ou en passant par l’application Smart home et Google Home, je pense que je me suis créé un monde féerique où je suis le héros à chaque fois que je rentre chez moi. Ajoutez les autres produits Philips Hue que je possède, je ne pense pas que je m’en lasserai un jour.
