Our SMART+ Bluetooth products are based on the Bluetooth LE Standard and are therefore not directly compatible with ZigBee products.
Can I control SMART+ bluetooth products without a SMART home bridge or gateway?
Yes, our SMART+ bluetooth products can be controlled using a compatible Android device and the LEDVANCE SMART+ app or a compatible iOS device and the Apple Home app.
How can SMART+ bluetooth products be reset?
SMART+ bluetooth products can be reset by deleting the lamp in your smart home app or manually by switching the lamp on for three seconds, then switching off for three seconds and repeating this five times in a row.

Decent plug
Works fine and does the job it’s meant to. A bit slow to connect via the app (it usually takes 5+ seconds for the app to connect after opening) and it makes a clicking sound every time it’s turned on or off.

It works via Bluetooth thatรขยยs why many are running into problems and why many functions wonรขยยt work on a apple device.Home group wonรขยยt work with this nor will ledvances own Wi-Fi app it will probably find it however the Firmware wonรขยยt update and you will not be able to add it. A reset holding down for 10 sec will only produce a quick blink there never will be flashing that way.You need ledvance Bluetooth app to use it and it will only have basic on/off on a apple product

Overall very happy
Compared to other smart switches with power monitoring that I have bought, these generally work very well and do what they say they do. The power usage display could do with improved layout but otherwise the app is quite usable though it is a shame that they do not connect to the Smart Life App through which I control the majority of my devices. Integration with Alexa works well. Of the 9 items purchased, only one has failed (compared to 75% of a competitorรขยยs brand).While I would rather see 100% reliability, overall I would recommend this brand.

Great product
This is a great Apple/Alexa integrated product. Though this is a little temperamental to set up once set up works every time. I personally use this with Apple home kit and have no had any issues.

Poor…very poor
Bought this with the idea it had its own app,And like some lights I have you would be able to set it turn off and on at set times,but no when I finally managed to get it working all you can do in the app is switch it off and on.Apparently it connects to Alexa ,Alexa couldn’t findit then couldn’t communicate with it when it did see it.It’s not big it’s not clever it’s got a cheek calling it’s self Smart.
