Great customer service
I bought a four pack of these WiFi plugs. They are easy to set up, and work very well, but one of them stopped working about 2 months after I got them (the other three are fine). I contacted the supplier via Amazon, and they offered either refund or to send replacement. I opted for the replacement, and they immediately sent a replacement for the broken one plus a spare.
In my experience, any company can have a problem with a product. What is most important is how they deal with the problem, and they were excellent. It gives confidence when buying to know if problems do arise, they are dealt with swiftly.

Easy to set up
Easy to set up as soon as I plug it in the smart life app finds them and guides you through the process so simple then they automatically get added as a device in Alexa as I have the smart life app already linked to Alexa. From then on they work just as intended. Box of 4 up and running in less than 5 minutes.

Love these smart plugs.
I have failing mobility, and these plugs help me control appliances with my voice or my phone, even when I’m not at home, for things like putting my electric blanket on for when I get home to warm myself up, or using with lights as a burglar deterrent. Even have the kettle on one so it can pour me a hot cup of tea for when I get up. A game changer!
What’s more, these are really easy to set up and literally take just seconds each to do. And compatible with google home.

These worked great once they were set up. Used them to control Xmas lights. If they were easier to set up would have been 5 stars, but they were a bit annoying.

Compact socket
Items are good quality and easy to set up. Unlike a lot if the similar products on the market these sockets are compact enough to not block other sockets on extentions. Easy to control from your mobile via the app once set up.

Really easy to set up and I can turn my lamp on and off from the app also i can put timer on it. Not very tech savy, think more can be done, but it’s doing what I want

Great item
I’m editing my original review because I thought about it more and it’s actually a great product. It’s really convenient to be able to turn things on and off with a smart plug, and I love that I can set it to activate at certain times of day. That’s all really cool, and the fact that it shows energy consumption is a bonus. The product is great value for what it is. The app takes a little while to figure out but the features are all there. I was a bit unhappy that there are additional features which require a subscription but, in fairness, the product isn’t expensive anyway so it seems fair enough.
