A good toll for audio, for conferencing, online meetings, and even for listening to music from PC. Good quality sound, clear and deep.I do have to put it on every few hours as it does into auto-sleep mode. Not sure if I am missing something here in the set up. ..

Great little Product
I work remotely with several meetings a day and got tired of faffing around with headphones and laptop native speakers and mic were sub optimal. I also wanted to be able to be able to turn on mobile phone transcription app when conversation turned technical. This unit has great quality speakers for incoming voice (not music) and I am told my voice sounds completely natural to others on the call. Would recommend.

Bought this to allow Zoom calls in an office with social distancing – having more than one microphone in a room is problematic and one on a desk doesn’t pick up everyone clearly. This works a treat being sensitive and omnidirectional and the speaker is clear for everyone to hear what’s being said on the other end(s).

Since getting this we never have any issues with audio. It’s made a huge difference and it’s also very easy to use – plug and play. Muting is simple with a red lit button. Excellent for music lessons over zoom.

My stepmom refuses to wear her hearing aids so she hasnât spoken on the phone in almost 2 years. This is very easy to connect and very easy to use. The buttons are easy for her hands to press. The battery has good life and the connectivity is great. It has given her a lot of of her life back.

After waiting for 3 weeks I finally received a product, but it was defective! Looks like it was not tested at all.I am writing this review just after sending the return request.After receiving the item I tried using it for Teams, skype and zoom calls, the sound quality is good from both the sides, but the PROBLEM is it disconnects with the system during the call and I can’t hear the sound from other side. It consistently happened for all the calls. Then I tested it for youtube videos itâs the same problem! after 3-4 min of video it disconnects and I can’t hear the sound.Didn’t expect such a bad quality for the price and brand. I returned it.
