Nice and loud
Build quality is excellent and they are quite heavy. I connect them to my TV using Bluetooth and listen to music on Kodi with no problems. I like my music with bass and these pack a punch! They sound amazing and half volume is ample enough. Very pleased with these speakers and a great price too.

Pretty nice sound at a good price
Iâve only used these speakers for about 1 hour and so far, I think they are sounding pretty good.I really like being able to adjust the bass. I like bass but rest of house doesnât.So I can get enough bass for myself and not too much for everyone else.Vocals come out clear bass isnât distorted, although, I canât test them at full volume so canât comment on that.I play them around half volume with the bass in the middle and I play in Bluetooth mode playing music from my phone and Amazon music unlimited.They are definitely better then the previous Bluetooth speakers I was using (W king D320 40wx2)I know you canât really fairly compare the 2 because the W king are much smaller so will produce less bass but Iâm just stating that the listening experience, is better with these.My W King D320 40W was £69 each but I paid £54 each £108 for the pair.These Onyx XL RBS 550 speakers cost £129 for the pair and for that extra £20 odd you get so much better fuller sound.Of course, these speakers are not really portable and have to be plugged in but Iâm fine with that.I will use the smaller W King D320 in kitchen when cooking. Well 1 of them. The other is faulty.Oh, 1 person who reviewed these speakers said that when playing via Bluetooth mode, music only plays from 1 speaker and this isnât true. You simply connect both speakers via the supplied link cable and will work fine. So I hope that person possibly sees this review and can start enjoying fuller sound.Although, I guess they probably worked it out by now.Speaking of Bluetooth, you just turn on speakers, and if using a phone or iPod go in to settings, Bluetooth and then the name of these speakers pop up and just tap on it and connects within a few seconds.I did consider buying the smaller version of this speaker for £100 and think they would have been fine but I just thought it was worth paying the £30 more to get the XL version.The smaller 100W version doesnât have the bass and treble control on the side of active speaker and thatâs 1 reason I bought these bigger 1âsJust a lot easier to mess with them if/when needed this way rather then having to mess about at back of speaker.Overall, Iâm really happy with these and will update in future if anything goes wrong/faulty or if I need to add anything else.2 things I forgot to mention, these speakers are huge and extremely deep so make sure your space is adequateAnother thing, the volume seems very low for the size. They produce lots of rich bass but volume seems on the low side. Especially the vocals.

Excellent Results!
So far so excellent! Iâm not going to give you a highly technical review – Iâm not smart enough for that! Currently, I have them paired to large tv screen via Bluetooth and it was simplicity itself to do that. Most of my tv comes via Apple TV, including Apple music, and again very reasonable results, and Iâm testing them with many âprog rockâ tunes.More to come Iâm sure as I experiment more, but the sound is excellent to my 65 year old ears. There is certainly plenty of scope for âvery loudâ, but Iâm not sure my neighbours deserve that!

The speakers were packaged impeccably, if you intend to use via Bluetooth, only one speaker will work. But it’s loud enough.But one of the cables for connection to the TV was missing. I’m trying to get a contact number, so that they can mail it to me. But other than that, value for money. I love my speakers!ð¤

Full range for keyboardists. Great choice. AND – they are Audio rather than Studio.
I was playing my Yamaha Genos 2 through the Yamaha Genos speaker system and a pair of Behringer M40 active studio monitor speakers. Put the keyboard through the new Roxels and WOW! Added the Yamaha sound system and it is now awesome. These Roxels have brought my playing to life. If you have a stereo keyboard…..buy these. Thank me later.

Great sounding speakers! Bought them to connect via Bluetooth to the audio technica turntable which is for sale on Amazon and together they are an absolute joy to listen to.Connection is super fast as well,I paired with my iPhone and it connected within 3 seconds.You wonât be disappointed!
