SABRENT hdml 4k switch
So far, the switch is working with no problems. Quality of build is ok, lightweight. The device is functional and working as intended.it is extremely easy to use and setup. Just make sure all hdml cables are firmly connected. There is a manual switch, which toggles between the different connected devices. And a power indicator light, which is not detracting. The default is the left sided hdml port. Speed of switching is good. Picture quality is fine. Brightness is good. Though this also depends on the quality of cables used and correct signal frequency set. No flickering had been notice. Durability should be good for this switch.

I needed the ability to ONLY switch a wireless keyboard and mouse between two computers As such I didnt need a fully fledged KVM, just a USB switcher.I have dealt with various USB switchers, and most non mainstream branded devices are pretty terrible. Either they are unreliable (often either disconnecting, or even not properly switchin) or downright harmfull to equipment due to poor seperation of signals and power. Some even use non standard connections (such as a USB A socket for INPUT as well as OUTPUT which not only is non compliant to USB specs (which are strict about that stuff), but also potentially harmfull to your equipment if you connect stuff wrong.I had earlier bought a Sabrent USB-C KVM for my wife, and was impressed with its quality and reliability so when looking for a USB switcher I chose this product despite being quite pricy for what it is, and also only havign one USB port (though in my case I only needed one).The product is definately well made and correctly uses full size USB B sockets for the Input. I switch frequently between the two computers, and it works well, never lost connection and has a little LED showing which input is connected.My only issue isa) its price, I cannot see how it costs that much to make but I guess it doesnt have much in the way of branded quality competition. My wifes USB C KVM which is also by sabrent, and has far more features, including a hub, video, and USB PD was not that much more in price.b) for that price it could have easily had 2 output ports, again see above.

Worked great to connect 2 PC and a Mac to keyboard, mouse, webcam and headset. Separate switch button is handy. Great product for the price.

Simple switch to give extra hdmi for your TV,my TV only had 2 hdmi sockets, one used through the Hifi, the 2nd for a Google cast, this allowed a extra connection,you just switch between the two channels.

Connection Issues
I’m looking for a decent USB switch hub that allows me to connect my mouse and keyboard between two devices: A work-supplied laptop, and my own desktop. Having arranged a return for another switch hub that disconnects due to very temperamental USB cables), I tried this one out since it allows a push button that allows the hub to stay out of sight. It’s easy enough to set up (though it would be nice if the cables for the PCs were labelled)Unfortunately this seems to be another temperamental device. It connects to the laptop fine and anything that connects to it is fine. The switch detects any device which is plugged in and changes at the literal push of a button. However, it constantly connects and disconnects with the PC and no devices plugged in are discoverable on it, making this a product that is useless to me. Doesn’t matter which cable I use on the hub, doesn’t matter which USB port I use on my desktop, it simply will not connect properly.Seems amazing to me how no brand seems capable of making a decent quality, affordable USB switching hub that does what it needs. Yet another product to return.

Doesn’t support differing resolutions or HDR compatabilities
I bought this so I could play my Switch 2 on my 4K/120Hz HDR TV and my 1440p/165Hz non HDR PC monitor, but unfortunately the adapter doesn’t support MRO, so it will always output at the worst displays capabilities, so the Switch 2 looked awful on my TV. It does work though, and rather well, so if both your displays are the same resolution, and both support HDR or not, then it’s a good device. Switching between devices is nearly instant with a satisfying click.

I am glad I found this little gem. I use 2x PC’s and a Laptop that gets connected to my main external monitors. I use to have a keyboard/mouse combo for each of the 3. Now, with this device, I have only one set I use for all 3. I was always having trouble with the networked printer, now the printer swaps directly (via USB) to whichever device I am active on. It also makes swapping files from one to another simpler.I recommend this for anyone just looking for a keyboard solution for multiple devices. But it is capable of much more.

To be honest, I came to know about this product from my colleague. After purchasing it, I found it to be of very good quality and it works perfectly. Also does not need power supply. So its easy to handle.
