I bought this remote control plug socket to use with Christmas tree lights. I got this for my in laws, to help stop them from crawling under the tree everytime they wanted to turn the tree lights on and off.Both myself and they are very happy with it. It is easy to set up and use, and the remote works flawlessly from anywhere in the room and then some. I can turn on or off the lights without getting up from the sofa.The socket is well-made and sturdy, and the remote is compact and ergonomic. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to control their household appliances remotely. It is a 10/10 product for me. No issues, extremely user friendly. Highly recommended !!

Very impressed with the socket and the company after sales service.
I bought this switch to replace a Wi-Fi switch which runs the garden lights and power socket in my garden. After using the Wi-Fi switch for some months, I became frustrated at its intermittent operation, so decided to change to this remote switch. Iâm so glad I did, as this switch operates perfectly every time. The socket is in my garage at the bottom of my garden, but we operate it remotely from the house.Additionally, I am very impressed with the after sales service. Why? Well, I recently overloaded the plug by trying to run a 2.5kw garden shredder, which basically killed the switch. After emailing the company, they immediately sent a replacement free of charge! I then synchronised the old hand controller with the new switch, so I have two controllers for the one socket. Result!

This is a very good product when the switch is distant from the application. Read the instructions carefully. It is easier than I thought and I started out taking it to bits to get the battery in! That is not necessary as the battery fits easily into the hand set. I apologise for my first take – all is well now.

No more stretching
For several years when we put our Christmas tree up, trying to get to the power point behind it was a bit difficult without dislodging decorations. So I thought this year, things will be different. I purchased the remote control plug to do away with this festive problem. The plug arrived on time and was well packaged. It is very easy to use. Just insert the plug into the wall socket and plug the item you want to use into the back of the plug. Insert the provided battery into the remote control. Press âonâ and the lights (in my use) or whatever you want switched on activates. When you press the âonâ button a little red light appears on the plug showing it is working. Itâs a simple but effective item. I wish I had bought this years ago.

Plug in and it works straight away. Very neat units. My friend can now control lights from her bed, reducing the risk of her falling. It’s made a major difference to her independence and safety. So simple and quick yet so effective.

Simple and easy
Simply plug in and you’re away, you have to spend years going through hundreds of options that are pointless to turning something on or off, simple and straightforward and exactly what we wanted to turn on the crimbo tree lights and avoiding me crawling around on my hands and knees destroying my back while reaching through a pile of presents and finally collapsing in a heap of swear words and face planting in my wife’s box of posh chocolates.
