Good switches with meaningless specifications
This is a pack of round panel mount switches. The listing is, as usual, full of fairly meaningless, information, including a Current rating of 2 Amps and an Operating voltage of 120 Nanovolts (yes, you read that right)The switch listing also states in the main description a current ratingy of up to 10A/125V or 6A/250V.Elsewhere in the description, it states that its a 12V (DC) switch.The actual switch is marked with 6A rating for all voltages up to 250VAC, but then gives a conflicting rating of 10A at 125/250VAC – so the same upper limit as the previous voltage above.Looking at the construction of the switch, they appear to be well made and I would be comfortable using them at 6A, but I would not be comfortable using them at 10A. The terminals allow for both solder connection and a push-on spade style terminal.The mounting for the switch is a single round hole, but there are 4 slots at 90 degrees to each other, allowing a non-rotating mounting, with a little more work when creating the mounting hole.The rating reflects the actual switch, marked down for the poor product description.
