This is very well made. It is designed to use the threaded screw holes for mounting, but if you are not using the wall mount, you can switch it around to the side it has the square holes for cage nuts or for some of the newer rails that are made to use the square holes. This works out perfectly as the measurement is the same on all four sides. It comes with adjustable screw in feet for leveling, but it is possible to get standard screw in casters that also fit the threads that are provided for the feet. (That is what I did so it is easier to move around – such as to more easily access the cabling in the rear). Definitely a good value.

It was easy to assemble, but you definitely want to use a drill and drivers. Some of the holes had a little extra paint making it difficult to start the bolt. The back has a lot of mounting options making it very easy to install on a wall. The wall hardware is included. The shelves are great and come with straps and tabs. These are great for including network equipment that isn’t rack-mountable.
