The unit is an excellent design, well manufactured. The only issue I had is that the mounting screws to attach the rack mount flanges were nonexistent. Thanks to the fact that I had extra screws from previous rack mounted switches that I was able to properly mount the unit. Other than that, the unit is excellent and well designed.

I was hesitant to purchase this at first since it has almost no reviews. Being one of the cheapest 19″ KVM consoles on amazon, I was surprised how sturdy it is. KVM function works flawlessly (albeit the resolution detection on ubuntu could use some help). The frame is very sturdy and matches perfectly with the rest of the components on the rack.

I have boxed this one up and threw that money in the trash. Menu was even in Chinese not English. Do not purchase.
