Perfect PDU for a rack setup! 5/5!
After recently getting a rack setup for my server, I wanted a clean way to run power to it. The extension plugs work fine but when you have a rack, you don’t really want anything laying about inside the rack in case it accidentally gets hit, that is where these rack mount panels come in. I got this to test out.The PDU itself is is nicely made with many high quality plastic and metal parts. The PDU has already got the rack mount ears installed and these are made of a good thickness and strength metal which has no bend to it and has been finished with the same high quality paint which TecMojo uses with their other products.The slots for the power plugs are mostly plastic and have a really firm snap when you push the plug in. This is great as I know the plug is securely in and it isn’t going to get accidentally knocked out. You have to put a good amount of force to pull it out and this is exactly what I was looking for!The unit also has a power switch on it, this is protected by a little cover which stops it from getting flicked. The switch itself has a firm click to it which feels substantialThe unit once put into the rack is pretty non descript. The power button lights up when it has got power and the sockets give ample power to my home server/ switching setup. As I only have a few devices, having 6 slots allows me to have expansion in the future if I needed it.Overall for £25.90, you are getting a good quality PDU which is made out of some nice materials and been put together well. The sockets are tight and the power button with its casing has had some thought put into it. The finishing across the whole product is great and I can highly recommend it!

A reliable server rack power strip from a reliable manufacturer
I have this TecMojo power distribution unit installed on my desktop 10-inch mini rack server, which has made it easy to access the power sockets for my different accessories. Each of the sockets are standard sockets and I donât have any issues plugging in or removing plugs.I have a few TecMojo parts for rack servers and always found them to be well built and solid in use. The integrated power lead is roughly 2 metres which gives plenty of space to reach the main wall socket.Installation is easy and all screws and plates are supplied. I like the general on/off switch on the front so all 3 sockets can be switched off at once. A very reliable power strip from a reliable manufacturer.

Solid build and ideal for organising my rack setup
Iâve been using this 6 way rack mount PDU for a few days now, and itâs exactly what I needed to tidy up the power side of my equipment. The aluminium alloy casing feels sturdy straight out of the box, and once mounted, it sits firmly without any rattling or flex.Each switch has a reassuring click and makes it easy to control devices individually without reaching behind the rack. Iâve already used it to power a mix of networking gear and audio equipment, and everything runs smoothly. The surge protection adds peace of mind, especially with more sensitive kit.The 2 metre cable has been useful for positioning it exactly where I wanted it in the rack, and the UK plug connection fits securely with no looseness. Good but tough to use plugs
These plugs are a good quality and stay cool while providing the advertised power supply. that said, the plug sockets are really tough and it can be difficult to insert plugs and remove them.

A great quality power distribution unit for 19U rack mount equipment
I have a lot of Tecmojo rack equipment and this 19U 13A switched power unit is an ideal addition to my floor-standing pro-audio rack. Built to the same robust quality as the rest of their equipment, this distribution unit provides me with additional power source at the back of the unit but it can just as easily be front-mounted. Great quality and a good price.

Not just for rack mount, solid 6 way protector.So ordered as a reviewer as i noticed the rack mount lugs on this were rotatable so for my use case this will be going under my large desk to power my iMac and 2 additional screens along with a few other bits on my desk. Being in black will match my desk also.This as a surge protector for the equipment attached is a sold unit constructed from nearly all aluminum metal. i will say though that on the left hand side of the units where the logo plate is the switch and surge protector could have been thinned and slid all the way over to allow another socket so does seem a bit of unusable waste.That aside the rotating mounting lugs give you multiple choices for mount orientation, the cable is nice and thick so more than capable of handling 13 amps if needed, it is also fitted correctly with a 13 amp fuse.Price to me is very reasonable you would for this price be looking at a plastic version so value is way better than expected.for me this is way better quality than expected and thus is a 5 star product with only one small change i would like.
