The EZ-#-723 series thermostat is used for water-based home heating. It controls the on and off of gas/combi boilers for home heating.
Model EZ-#-716 series thermostat is used for electric floor heating. It can control electric heating cable/film/ mat, etc.

Not a reliable product
Very poor accuracy. Constantly changing and for me, unreliable. I bought 4 more of these from another source, same problem. Put original units back and working perfectly only no automation.

Can be set to 0.5C switching which greatly improves comfort. Easy setup.

excellent value for money
I used this item to replace old Honeywell wall mounted thermostat, it is so much more flexible giving not only time settings but temperature settings as well, easy to link to home wifi for remote monitoring and set point adjustment.it is quite deep and will need an appropriate surface pattress box or if you have drywall a dry lining plasterboard box is better.

Great! But you gotta know what you’re doing…
I’ve installed this device as a temporary replacement for a Hive Active Thermostat system on a Combi Boiler.Let’s just get straight to it – It’s designed for floor heating. It says so in the description. The instructions are OBSESSED with floor heating. But it’s actually super versatile? So why are we not looking at this as the Hive or Nest Killer?Reading the instructions, I fortunately know my electronics and electricals. So I basically found out where the positive negative was for 240v, then the common neutral and activation positive was for the heating activation. I lined these up with my current setup and – TA-DAH! It worked.And it works GOOOOOOOOOD. Shame about the lack of Apple HomeKit support, but I can override this with some clever programming using HomeBridge and my IT Industry Knowledge. The banding for the temperature control is soft, so you’re not having your boiler activate every 5 seconds, which is really important for an efficient home. The app is simple to setup and integrate with the thermostat. I had a play with a spare Echo Dot that I have and the Alexa Integration is certainly better than I expected.For the price point? WOW! Yes, buy this, use it, save some money, feel like a millionaire being able to turn their heating on before they leave the office.

This product was used to operate a contactor coil of a few milliamps, which in turn brought on 2 space heaters. They have hardly been used over the summer months, since we bought them.

Ottimo termostato usato nella nostra casa vacanze. Si abbina con Tuya Smart per il controllo da remoto collegandolo alla rete wifi.Ottima la possibilità di programmare i giorni della settimana a proprio piacimento con 3 diversi tipi di programma.Possibilità di regolare la sensibilità della rilevazione della temperatura in base alla posizione nella stanza.

Anzi tutto ringrazio la disponibilità e la velocità della azienda che mi ha risolto velocemente dei problemi e per la sostituzione di una parte del termostato. Termostato molto bello, ma soprattutto funzionale e preciso. Esteticamente bello e visibilmente chiaro, avendo un display ad alta definizione. Sullo schermo si può vedere le temperature esterna ed interna, l’umidita interna ed esterna, con la manopola impostare le temperature e di una facilità incredibile, anche mia figlia riesce a farlo. La grafica di gestione assomiglia molto ad android con le icone di funzione. E possibile gestirlo da remoto tramite l’app Smart Life con grafica molto intuitiva. Ma la chicca, e che il termostato in caso di mancanza di wifi, funziona senza creare problemi, e ti permette di impostare e spegnerlo o accenderlo e continua a lavorare se impostato in automatico, al contrario di altri termostati wifi che senza la rete si bloccano e non possono essere regolati. Si direi che sono sodisfatto del prodotto e della azienda che e stata molto disponibile nel risolvere i problemi.

Es una excelente opción para aquellos que buscan un termostato inteligente fácil de usar, con una amplia gama de funciones y que les ayude a ahorrar energÃa. Sin embargo, la falta de un sensor de temperatura externo y la capacidad de carga limitada son desventajas a tener en cuenta, pero que en mi caso, hacen que solo le quite una estrella, porque el resto de sus funciones compensan de sobras.Controla la calefacción desde cualquier lugar con la aplicación Smart Life o con comandos de voz a través de Alexa y Google Assistant. Si no has hecho nunca la configuracion de este tipo de dispositivos de “smart home” desde Smart Life para luego enlazar a Alexa o Google, puede ser un poco liado, asi que lo mejor es leer bien las instrucciones y si es posible ver algún tutorial.Incorpora un sensor de temperatura y humedad, aunque como he dicho, no tiene un sensor de temperatura exterior que es algo que suele ser muy útil, y tampoco tiene la posibilidad de establecer una rutina basado en datos meteorológicos obtenidos de alguna API.Auque no lo parezca, con este tipo de controladores inteligentes vamos a ahorrar energÃa, por ejemplo, no vamos a tener la calefaccion encendida a todas horas porque si, con este termostato podemos controlar con mucha mas precisión la temperatura y modificarla con comandos fáciles e intuitivos.

Optisch jetzt kein Thermostat, bei dem man sagt âwow, echt schickâ. In gewisser weise kommt es eher etwas bieder rüber. Egal, es soll die Heizung steuert und keinen Modellwettbewerb gewinnen.Also an die Montage. Altes, analoges Thermostat ab, neues dran. Die Montage und Befestigung ist einfach und bei diesem Thermostat gut gelöst. Eine Metallplatte anschrauben und das Thermostat und Rahmen per Metallspange befestigen.Da das analoge Thermostat nur 2 Adern benötigte, muss die Verkabelung geändert werden. Der Stellmotor der FuÃbodenheizung ist stromlos geschlossenen und bekommt jetzt vom Thermostat den Strom, wenn es aufgehen soll. Zusätzlich wird noch Phase und Nullleiter für die Stromversorgung des Thermostats benötigt. Bei mir liegen 5-adrige Kabel, als kein Problem.Strom an, kurzer Test – funktioniert. Das Thermostat schaltet angenehm leise, habe hier im Haushalt auch lautere verbaut.Zum Anmelden in der SmartLife-App muss eine Taste im ausgeschalteten Zustand kurz gehalten werden. Das erkennen und installieren funktioniert dann schnell und einfach.In der App bekommt man die Raumtemperatur und den Sollwert angezeigt. Verschiedene Heizprogramme können am Thermostat oder per App eingerichtet werden. Zusätzlich kann man in der Statistik den Temperaturverlauf abrufen. Eine Temperaturabgleich ist auch möglich. Je nach Montageposition kann die Raumtemperatur angeglichen werden, sehr praktisch.Auch wenn es äuÃerlich etwas bieder daherkommt, sind die inneren Werte und die Funktionalität sehr gut. Absolut zufrieden.
