Great item to have, same time enjoy your content
Bought this to replace my HDMI switcher that its connector broke off plus wanted to replace it anyway with a powered one, with 5 inputs being simultaneously outputted to one TV, my TV has only one HDMI input so this is a great way to reduce wear and tear on the ports and connectors, keep in mind that this doesnΓ’ΒΒt come with a plug socket so you will need to buy one separately thankfully not too expensive and the USB C cable thatΓ’ΒΒs needed I find is too short for my use case and you will need to have some AAA batteries on hand as batteries arenΓ’ΒΒt included thankfully have some on hand so not an issue. Not to mention how much time youΓ’ΒΒd be saving with this device, this doesnΓ’ΒΒt come with a USB plug socket donΓ’ΒΒt need any fancy or expensive so youΓ’ΒΒll need that or if your power strip has USB ports you should be fine

Excellent quality , easy install , remote switchable makes life easier between the 4 inputs. Only one problem is that the Firestick bit larger than HDMI so one input not usable – PERFECT for my needs

I use the switch for several weeks with all 5 “in” channels connected to my TV boxes and game console.Good:- Works fine as it stated in most circumstances.- Simple and easy to use remote control.- Infrared receiver is on the box, no extra cable is needed.- Channel will not be switched automatically when you turn on another TV box or machine connecting to another channel (which may be a “bad” for some people).Bad:- USB socket for power is at the left side, and HDMI Out is at the right side. You will need more free space next to the HDMI Switch for the cables.- The blue light, which is for indicating the active channel, is little bit dim. It is not quite visible when you are looking at it few meters away.- It supports 4K, it supports HDR, but not both at the same time…

This DOES NOT work with ps5 or firestick even with power cable pluged it just flashes on and off and xbox works till you try to play a dvd then the exact same thing

This HDMI splitter is just what I needed as I have 6 HDMI devices and only 3 HDMI ports built into my actual TV (I have a lot of game consoles). The remote it comes with is the icing on the cake as I won’t need to constantly get up to change inputs. You will need 2x AAA batteries and a USB plug on hand though as it doesn’t come with either. It comes with a Type-C cable but you can use your own if you need a longer cable as I did. I haven’t noticed any decline in picture or audio quality when using this product but my main devices such as my fire stick and PS5 will remain connected directly into the TV as this is my personal preference. I’m 100% satisfied with my purchase and would recommend to people I know.

Have tried a number of 5 port hdmi switches, for some reason most are 2-3 ports which seems pointless – better to have as many ports as you can get even if you aren’t always using all the inputs.It’s a decent size but twice as large as other 5 port hdmi switches I’ve used – not a big deal though.The hub works so far and I’ve successfully connected it to my Logitech Harmony. Sadly because it doesn’t have an ir extender port it means I have to have the HDMI switch up on the tv stand, cables and all – so that the remote/hub can see it. Which is a big shame as to me an HDMI switch should be hidden.Other annoyances include this coming with no remote control batteries – which seems a big cheap of UGREEN to me, and means that unless you have some spare in stock you will have to get some yourself. Also, the annoying trend these days, it doesn’t come with a mains charger, only a usb cable. So you’ll have to buy your own mains use plug to use it. Grrr.Finally, the auto switching on new input doesn’t work. I set the switch to INPUT 3 with nothing connected, then connected a new HDMI video on INPUT 1 and INPUT 5, and neither triggers the switch to auto switch to it the switch just stays on Input 3, so there’s no auto switching despite the product description claiming there is. This is fine if you’re happy to manually switch inputs every time, or have a Logitech Harmony to set up automatic switching, but sucks for the average user that just wants the TV to show the thing that’s currently outputting video.It’s a shame, if they just included a couple of aaa batteries, a power plug, and had a ir extender port then this would pretty much be the perfect hdmi switch. If I could hide it away, I wouldn’t even mind that it’s twice the size of other 5 port hdmi switches.I hope UGREEN make a newer model of this with an IR extender port and working automatic switching.

Ik heb deze nu een week en hellemaal top .Voorlopig mijn google tv en 2 x pc op aangeslotenEn werkt helelmaal top .Wat ik heel fijn vindt dat je manual hem op een ander kanaal moet zetten .Die ik hiervoor had ging gelijk op een ander kanaal en dat vondt ik persoonlijk niks .Afstandbediening werkt ook super vanaf de bank ongeveer 5 meter .Dus is dit een aanrader zeker welPrijs was ook heel netjes zeker voor een 5 poorts

It’s a switch. It changes which input goes to the output, and it has a nifty little remote to switch from range.Now, I’m a guy with a lot of electronics. I have no less than 7 video game consoles set up. The cool part about this switch is that I’m able to seamlessly swap inputs with minimal delay. If there’s one feature I wish I could see added, it’d be a way to defeat HDCP so that way I could use my capture card without having to resort to using a splitter that effectively shorts out/ignores the HDCP encryption on some of my consoles.

Excelente produto. Desde a qualidade de fabricaΓΒ§ΓΒ£o como de funcionamento. Uma observaΓΒ§ΓΒ£o, quando vc troca o hdmi (seja pelo controle ou no botΓΒ£o) ele leva 5 segundos para atualizar a imagem na TV. Nada que atrapalhe o funcionamento. Tenho nintendo switch, xbox 360 e sΓΒ©rie s, ps3 e blu ray. Todos estΓΒ£o ligados no aparelho e ainda sobraram 2 saΓΒdas hdmi na TV. Quem sabe venha um ps5 no futuro, nΓΒ£o custa nada sonhar.
