Great item
These are great plugs. We have set them up to work with our Alexa. It is an easy set up with an app you install. I have got a lamp and the TV on them and it makes it so easy to switch them off at night without having to reach behind a cabinet. Haven’t had any issues with them not connecting. Will definitely be buying more in the future.

Great product- easy to set up
Took a chance on these as they were one of the cheaper options. So far so good. Only day 1 but setting them up was very straightforward with the instructions provided. Downloaded the app that is provided and have easily connected to my Alexa app so I can switch on and off by voice as well as app command. Fingers crossed they last!!

Works very well with Alexa
I deducted one star as the set up was not intuitive and took longer than I expected with having to use a special app. However, once it was set up, it has worked perfectly. It is very handy to use Alexa with them to turn on and off hard to access devices.

The Best Smart Plug – Smartlife/Alexa
I bought the smart plugs to replace faulty conventional Timers, due to cost, size and ease of programming/changing times.I have bought many different Smart Plugs over the years to work with “Amazon Alexa”, they are all programmed via Alexa direct & also via Smartlife/Alexa.This is the best one yet, connected to The Smartlife App also linked to Amazon Alexa.I opened up the Smartlife App, plugged in the Smart Plug and it was immediately & automatically recognised, all I had to do was change the name to my preffered name.The Alexa then also automatically recognised the Smart Plug & Name.This one does have other energy monitoring which I will not need, but it may be useful in some applications.Basically, a great smart plug and would recommend.

Great value for money smart plugs.
Easy to install, just requires the install of a third party app. Once the plug is connected on the app, it’s very easy to connect to a third party service such as amazon alexa. The plugs are well built, and not too large or thick. I use these for many different purposes, but primarily to set timers to turn plugs on/off at specific times. For the money, I can’t ask for much more.

Don’t waste your time or energy with this plug
I purchased two of these smart plugs off this seller and they do not work. I have successfully connected the plugs to the 2ghz WiFi network and I can turn the plug on and off manually with no issues. However, when I set up automation to turn off and on at certain times the plug does not complete the scheduled tasks. If that wasn’t bad enough, the plugs state they can monitor energy consumption but fails to state you need a subscription for – I paid for the energy monitor subscription and that doesn’t work either. I’m a very tech savvy individual and cannot work out why these don’t work other than they just don’t work, therefore I’m requesting a refund and return of these plugs. What has surprised me with these plugs is the level of technical knowledge a person needs to even set this product up – if I can’t get them to work I very much doubt anyone can. I would have contacted the seller but there is zero option to contact them in the order page.
