Impressive quality for the price
These inline 6 amp switches are perfect for lamps. I’ve added one to a wax melt lamp that has a faulty touch switch. The build quality of the switch is very good, brass screws keep the enclosure together, the action of the switch is very positive and satisfyingly clicky. There is a light to indicate on. The internals are all brass, including all securing screws. The cable fasteners are very positive and tight. The switches themselves are chunkier than the typical inline rocker switches that you find on cheap lamps and the build quality just feels heavier and more robust. With the cheap ones I always feel like squeezing the rocker too hard is likely going to break the enclosure; absolutely not so with these ones. The only improvement I can think of would be if the case enclosure screws interfaced with a metal insert instead of in to the plastic, but given that these are likely only ever going to be opened and closed once this really isn’t an issue at all. Genuinely very impressed with these, I’ve no doubt that they will last a long time, you can feel it.

Easy to wire up, just works
Very nice. Cheap but feels sturdy and chunky. Used one to bodge wire a plug onto a 2ft led striplight for craft use, so i had an on/off switch. Very simple to do (the inside of the switch indicated which wire goes where) and works well.

Fine but not dould pole
The switch and the indicator work great, a littly bulkier than I expected, but the switch is only single pole despite the description saying it is double pole

very high quality, sturdy, has a power on indicator, on/off marker, all the safety features. I had previously bought a cheaper switch but it was flimsy and broke.

Good replacement for a cheap original switch
This was used to replace a faulty/broken switch for a pair of bedside table lamps. The original one was quite flimsy. This switch has secure fixing points and looks and operates as a better switch. Bit larger than the original switch but because of this it is easier to locate in a darkened bedside table, Will buy again when the other lamp switch fails on the other lamp.
