Seems like a decent little unit and shouldn’t be difficult to fit – but no instructions. Very little on YouTube about these twin spring versions. Will see how it goes.

Works but there’s a catch (pun intended)
This will work but there’s a catch, my guitars tremolo block isn’t deep enough that it hits the tips flush, so the block is only touch the tips half way. This has also created an issue where the tremolo springs are catching the screws of the stabiliser, due to the tremolo springs fitting too low into the block. This is causing resistance whenever a coil of the spring passes over as well as unwanted noise. I would say if you do buy one of these then fully measure everything before you fit it. Where I failed to measure was the tremolo block depth and also the height from the guitar base up to the springs.

I did my research on installing this on my Jackson Dinky DK2S since it didn’t come with directions. Over all, I watched some videos on single instead of double installation(since they are hard to find) Same concept and my Floyd Rose never worked or sounded more perfect than It does now!!Stays in tune and no more frustrating stopping to retune!!I can dive bomb or pull up!

Montato su una stratocaster con ponte 6 viti per poter mantenere l’accordatura anche in drop D pur mantenendo il ponte leggermente sollevato dal corpo. L’accordatura risulta stabile. Essendo doppio temevo fosse più difficile da impostare rispetto a quello singolo (che ho su altre chitarre). In realtà, usando uno spessore o un foglio di carta, basta impostare la corsa (rotella più esterna) in modo che le due teste sferiche siano praticamente in contatto con il blocco del ponte. Il precarico (rotella interna) va impostato in modo da non cedere alle molle quando si abbassa l’accordatura. Consiglio di verificare bene la planarità del vano molle ed eventualmente levigare in modo da dare una base solida su cui poggiarlo. Ho dovuto lisciare qualche goccia di vernice. Nessun problema per le viti fornite come scritto in altre recensioni
